I have wrote tech support a few time, no answers. If you have a 360cam and attempting to use there android app, it does not work in live mode. It will all crash your phone

This app is designed to be used with Giroptic cam. If you don't have the cam, it will, of course, not 'work' for you. I like the software. It works reasonably well, except that it only gives you a view in one mode, and only pre capture, not live during capture. That said, if you have the cam, you must use this app. You have no other option.

Really needs improvements. Live preview not working on Nexus 5X Android 7.1.2. Also crashes a lot, specially when doing HDR pictures.

All the bad reviews had me nervous, but it worked fine with my Note 5! I'm not sure why you can see a live preview in the video mode but not the camera mode, but not a big deal.

Doesn't work at all on my LG G5. It will connect to the camera's wifi, but it never gives me any access to do anything (change settings, view the 360 cam, view my gallery, etc). It just keeps saying that it's connecting. It DOES function with my Galaxy Tab S. Except when it tries to stitch HDR photos, the app crashes. This happens everytime.

App and 360cam is incredibly slow to import video and photos. Poor stitching and slow to change modes. While importing files fails to say low battery until it is shutting down (indicates plenty in battery until immediately before) terrible hardware and software. After waiting 3 years for Kickstart delivery, receiving a dud camera, wrong colour I have no trust or patience for Giroptic. Missed the mark.
