time management is in mess. Book time, flight arrive time, pickup time. And additional charge time. Finally, it just consider flight arrive time, and start to charge after 5 mins. And what make me disappointed is the driver just leave because long time waiting to pass custome check.

When making a reservation from a time zone other than Paris'(GMT+1) the reservation hour is modified without any notice based on your local time. I made a reservation for 5:30 am Paris time(of course since the taxis are in Paris) from Romania(GMT+2). The reservation got registered with 4:30 despite being displayed in the app with 5:30 am. The only way I figured that out(and woke up earlier in the morning so I won't miss my taxi to the airport) was to check the reservation on the web site. Fix this ugly bug

Whenever booking pickup from airport the final confirmation is different than what I put it. Keeps putting in a pick up time 1 hour after I land.

Mais la derniere mis à jour ne permets pas de réserver à l'avance (le calendrier ne s'affiche pas). C'est juste l'un des plus gros atout de ce service ...

Been using the service for over 2 years now and it is just great!! Both app and actual service deserve 5 stars.

Promo code:RAJSWM. With this code you get 10$ credit automatically! I've downloaded it after recc, good service in Paris, on time, friendly and pleasant drivers. Good for business as well. The only bad point is the cost outside paris and the availability of cars (rare) otherwise, perfect!

Great App ... Service is first class, used them in Paris this weekend, very reliable and lovely cars.

Waiting time was billed even though the fixed price for the trip was shown from the app. In fact we waited for the driver and our waiting time was 3 times longer than indicated in the app. When he arrived we were there waiting patiently but were still charged. Unfair!! Avoid this service, it's a scam with hidden costs.

Now CDG airport is no longer serviced as pick-up location. The app tells me CP "does not operate at this location" :(

J’utilise ce service depuis plus d’un an et j’en suis vraiment satisfait. A la difference d'uber, on peut payer la course en avance, ce qui peut être un réel avantage. Les voitures « standard » sont très confortables et haut de gamme. Dans 80% des cas, on me propose de mettre ma musique dans la voiture grâce au Bluetooth. Toujours une bouteille d’eau à disposition et parfois quelques bonbons. Au final, je suis ravie ! :-) Si vous souhaitez tester le service, utilisez le code : LUCIE et vous aurez 10€ offert sur la première course ;)

I used it in Nenterre to get to Porte Maillot. I was quoted €16 after I apply a €10 discount but it charged my bank account $39 which is no where near €26. I will be disputing this with my bank. Mind you, €26 was for a 10 minutes ride. Wth, I don't recommend it unless it is your only option, like it was mine.
