The MusicXML 'n' MIDI Reader app by FORTE allows you to read sheet music and play midi files anywhere you go! With MusicXML 'n' MIDI Reader you have music notes right in the palm of your hand. We also offer a number of free midi sheet music files by world’s famous composers (check the list below).

Import/Export:
You can open sheet music or midi files using several options:
Open directly from device.
Open from Dropbox.
Open from internet by entering/pasting the desired url or just searching inside app’s browser.
To open the app using Dropbox you need it to be installed on your computer and device. Get one of the FORTE trial versions on our website to immediately start writing scores and sending them to your mobile device.

The Dropbox integration allows you to share your compositions with friends and other musicians.
You can also open FORTE Reader files (.fnfm) from other sources like local drive.
