It's now all pics instead of text. I hate how every fml has now been converted to an image. The cursive ones are hard to read and strain the eyes. The intimacy category image makes me worry about having anybody looking over my shoulder. Change it all back!

Absolutely loved this app until the newest update where every single fml looks like a picture. Don't even want to read them anymore. *UPDATE* just learned I can turn off the pictures and have text only. So much better!!

Downloaded this app years ago and it was a fun daily read. This app is now so inundated with ads that there is basically no content. Add video ads before even getting to the app and you've turned a minimalistic, fun app into an ad filled mess. I used to recommend this app to friends, but not anymore. Sad to see that the developers have become so revenue focused. Don't download. It's a waste of your hard drive space.

The ads were so incredibly invasive. You're phonecould be on silent and asleep and they would still play, or app could be minimized and you are on a completely different app and a video from fml would start playing. Obnoxious.

I've turned off notifications for this app at least a dozen times now yet it keeps defaulting to sending multiple notifications a day every time they put out any kind of update.

Crashes all the time. Can't read more than 2-3 before it crashes.

Love this app, can even talk to other uses and change the format to either see the fml's in picture or text. Adds are a bit in your face but it costs like $2 to get ride of them forever. Keep up the goodwork guys.

This app sucks. I lovw the website and will continue to use the site. Bit this app sends me 100 notifications . It doesn't function well makong hard to navigate. It has a lot of adds that happen to show up when you are scrolling. DONT GET THIS APP

The app randomly crashes when running in the background, at times when I didn't even know it was running in the background.

Full screen advertisements that pop up with the app from running in the background suck. You suck.

Have enjoyed this app daily for years but will be un-installing it because recently it was turned to pictures and is no longer enjoyable.

I love FML, but I have three major issues with the app, 1.Notifications do not work at all!! I can't reply messages on time! 2. I cannot access the profile of people in my inbox, 3.the new UI is annoying, especially the useless pics that are used to an FML..it makes no sense ! The app UI feels disorganized.

Yo dev team, bring back the old layout this new one is such trash. 5 stars otherwise

I love FML so much, and I love the new picture format. I would hands down give it 5 stars, if it weren't for the fact that you think it's okay to reopen the FML app to an add when I've gone to a different app. Why is that something that happens??

When I click to read the comment for an FML, it shows me the comments for a completely different FML. It's so annoying!

Haven't been able to view replies to follow up comments for a long time now, and the app crashes a lot.

Used this app every day for years.. Now.. Sooo many ads.. Removed and won't make it back on my devices. And pictures? What happened to good old text?

Good app, finally the app is able to disable advertisements (paid) and those image backgrounds.

Why do you need to put text as jpg?!?

The widget, which is the main reason I have the app, stopped working after the latest update. It shows shows a blank, white page. Please fix and I'll change my rating back to 5 stars. Edit 8/22: widget works now thank you! Back to 5 stars.

Fun app but constantly crashes so I can barely use it. Also since the updates it won't let me sign in.

This is the first review ive done, and it's because you have completely ruined a perfectly good app. Your new image "posts" do not load and i get randomly shuffled between posts. Piss poor is all I have to say about this new downgrade.

What!? I've literally woken up to a completely new fml and I honestly hate it, there was nothing wrong with three last update, please go back to just the words on the screen and not... well... not how it is now... please

I don't know what you did in the last update, but it crashes all the time, and the widget no longer works.

Still gas good material, but now the app is horrendus. You can't just view text, and the random popup ads / tapbox issues are still present.

The older version was SO much better. I can't believe they haven't changed it back because everyone hates this new layout. Some of my biggest peeves are that its now hard to tell if you rated the fml, and they got rid of the comment numbers. now when you look at a comment and someone refers to comment #14 for example you don't know which comment they're talking about. The comment replies also don't correspond with the correct comment. Switch it back! Used to be one of my favourite apps

I used to LOVE this app. It would help me fall asleep at night. However since the latest update, my badges are all in french, I can't stop the app from sending me notifications even though I have them set to off, my profile doesnt ever update, and there are 3x as many ads. I'm really disappointed

After a reply from the developers of this app, I decided to give it another chance. And I was pleasantly surprised with how much they improved it. The app performs better, the UI is modern and clean, and the advertising is much less intrusive than it used to be. All in all, I'm happy with the newest revision of the app, and I'd gladly recommend this to my friends, or really anyone in need of a good laugh. OLD REVIEW: This app used to be really good. Everything worked, the app itself performed smoothly, no obnoxious advertising. Now there are countless problems with the comment system, the app itself tends to act really strangely at times, and there are obnoxious, flashy full-screen advertisements that tend to appear right when I'm about to click on something, resulting in many involuntary Google Play openings. Now if that were the only issue with the app now, I wouldn't be so angry about it. After all, these people do need the revenue from these advertisements to keep their site running. That, however, does NOT excuse completely breaking a perfectly working app while implementing these ads simultaneously. Until these problems are fixed, I'm not budging my review score. I don't care whether they keep the ads or not, all I want is for this app to work again.
