I have purchased the monthly service; after few days my account was disabled. I called customer service (if you can call it that) a lady answers the phone tells you that she has no access to any acounts, she puts you on hold; after a minute or two, she tells you that someone will get back to you soon(they never do). I have called four times and same routine. Beware it is a Scam!!!!!!!!!!
