The app was very helpful until recently. When I receive calls I get a busy tone. I uninstalled the app to try to fix this problem and it wouldn't let me log in and use my numbers. I sent an email two days ago and am waiting for a response.

It works well enough, though there is significant lag from the time you answer a call and when your caller can actually hear you. I've hung up on several callers as a result. Needs to be fixed for a better user experience.

I got tricked into losing my number. The app wasn't opening due to "bad server" --blaimed it on my cell provider hah. I thought OK, maybe I just need to reinstall the app since they revamped it into Flyp 2.0. After I reopened the application, not only did they not recognize my account/ported phone number, they lost my phone number with them and I was forced into buying a subscription to use the app. Let me kinda quote their description : "Phone number upon registration with Flyp." Nope, guys. Don't fall for it. They changed up their policy probably from the company getting flushed, thinking current users of the service wouldn't notice.

Definitely a very useful app, the fact that its free is a bonus. I would absolutely suggest this app to anyone looking for another phone line. Although it is very frustrating when I delete a message thread and the main convo header remains present with the last text message still displayed under the contact name. If I'm deleting a text thread the convo header should be deleted as well. Right now I have to uninstall and reinstall each time which is crazy.

Same issues... I tried to use these folks as they cornered the market on a niche product. But don't be fooled, when things stop working they are happy to take all the time they need. I would not recommend this to anyone, business or personal. You will regret it.

Stopped working. Anyone the number was provided to cannot get thru anymore. I don't need an apology, I'm dumping the app because you guys promised something and failed to deliver, and left people in the lurch. You have a good idea - but like most, you cannot deliver it so let another company take over that can. What was a free number is now asking for a 7.99/month subscription. Why would I trust this company again?

Sometimes I get so many things coming through my primary number, it's nice to know I will have a simpler way to keep in contact with my closest contacts knowing I will never have to screen the calls coming through my flyp number! Thanks!

I've now responded to you twice. You sent me an email asking for my receipt and I sent it. I got a reply saying to reply to the email address provided in your comments. Still no refund. This is crazy you can't just refund my $2.99.

Just installed this and as watching their youtube video. Oon the video, the lady states that the verification was unexpected because it didn't happen on her phone. On my phone, after typing in the verification code, I've been jumped to a window that offers two subscription plans with no way around them. No "your first number is free" mesage. I can not give more than two staes to a program in this instance, when the installation process seems so esoteric and inconsistent. Furthermore, the program was advertised as free, and appears to be so for most users, however my program installation does not provide that option.

Terrible support. I have be emailing, texting and calling support of over a month now to deal with a subscription issue. I have not gotten a response from them. They changed their pricing model but I still had more than 6 months left on mine and could not add any additional numbers nor could I get an answer as to how my subscription would be handled going forward.

Uninstalled. Android Apps site also says app is free for 1st number. A truly free 2nd number comes on the app called Sideline. Been using that for over a year. As long as u use ur 2nd number through Sideline at least 1 x a month, u keep it free.
