Be careful, this app actually has advertisements mixed in with the real stories but the ads appear to be be just another story, until you look closer. How on Earth can they expect me to take them seriously when they allow advertisers to mislead their users!?

N70%
by N####:

I saw Huffington post on here. If I wanted to check mainstream media, weither left or right run, I would of shot my self im the dick already. Rather not have this automatically installed on my device... stop installing silly things plz.

N70%
by N####:

Preinstalled junk which cannot be disabled. Keeps popping up at odd times, keeps and uses up background data, battery. If you look at all the negative feedback, it would be prudent for the app developers to include a disable option. Not a great idea to force an app onto hapless users.

Flipboard/Briefing's politics page reads like a high school diary, filled with bias and opinion. Their other pages read like a sears magazine supported by google ads. I wish we could go back to the old days where news was boring and informative instead being chalk full of derrogatory quips towads 48-62% of the US populus.

Anyway i can get This app off my phone? It was already installed when i bought the phone. I tried to uninstall but its still there taking up space. Nothing wrong with the app i just don't need it

W70%
by W####:

This app is horrible. It has no censorship. My son was reading an article to me and it had curse words. It did not warn, nor have I personally read an article with curse words. Even though it is the writers article this app should warn users. Im uninstalling it.

D70%
by D####:

I'm so tired of pre-installed apps that I have no use for. I'm sure that SOMEONE will find this app useful however I'm not one of them. I'd rather be able to uninstall this app (and many others) to free up the space on my device.

N70%
by N####:

Poor grammar and misspellings, along with Obvious LIBERAL BIAS, is just too much. I have found PBS... YES PBS to "show" less bias. Reply: I know I sound angry, but anyone can read your news stories, and hear the bias in the choice of words. What I REALLY want is to REMOVE/DELETE this app from my phone, but I'm not afforded that option.

N70%
by N####:

I think it's a bit lame that you can't orient your newsfeed your way, I'm a gamer, and like anime but half of the topics available don't interest me in the slightest. I'll see about 3 articles and that's about it and I'll usually have to wait until tomorrow different news stories. It has great potential but it's just not really oriented for everyone's interests

M70%
by M####:

Unusable! Virtually every article is so loaded with ads one is constantly working around them just to simply read the text. You get a line or two and then an ad pops up which often can't be closed...and the ads keep popping up. This renders the news feed more frustrating than satisfying. It's ashame because the layout and format is great.

F70%
by F####:

Feels forced onto you from the start. Contains 'articles' from dubious 'news' sources which are clearly biased. No easy way to just ban further content from these sites. The final straw was a story about someone going blind, with closeup shots of their disgusting, deformed eyes. I don't want to see that s**t when I wake up and check the headlines. Uninstalled.

N70%
by N####:

I reported an issue twice, done exactly as asked. They just ignore You. Terrible. Update: Reported as asked, Still no contact or solution. Not only is app full of bugs customer service is dishonest.

N70%
by N####:

I like briefing and I like being able to check quick news. The problem I have is comments have been shut off or shut down by Samsung which is against my Freedom of speech I suggest you turn them back on or there is going to be a law suit. For all you anti everything whiny cry baby drama God coward sheeple if you don't like someone's opinion then DON'T READ IT. I have just as much right to speak my mind as you do.

N70%
by N####:

Liberal bias is worse than MSN. Painful to read as a centrist. Response to response... If it's not for me consider disabling? Really? Why not present unbiased news instead? You know like CNN used to be? No sane person gets news from FOX or MSN... but it's getting harder and harder to find news sources that work hard to not present a bias. Flipboard clearly presents a bias. Do the right thing and fix it. Or at least provide useful alternatives that that are as usefully designed to work with my phones functionality. I shouldn't have to download a CNN app because the only installed option on my phone is a liberal equivalent to FOX news.

L70%
by L####:

I wish they made a way to completely remove this from my S7 Edge. I have it turned off, yet continue to get updates for it. Waste of space on my phone. Update: I know how to disable it, but it's still on my phone and getting updates.

N70%
by N####:

So it seems like this application is completely useless for those who have Bixby because it doesn't seem that Flipboard is not default installed into all Samsung devices now. Or I'm just one of the lucky few that has an unlocked international phone that doesn't have Carrier bloatware

N70%
by N####:

I did NOT agree to download this app. It just installed itself to my phone one day. This is NOT ok with me. Worse yet, Briefing is a very biased, left-wing anti-Trump news app. Like we need any more of those in this country... ???????????? to the developer and whatever contract/partnership that have that allows them to force me to have an app on my phone I don't want. Edit: How about not FORCING people to have apps on their phones they don't want? You can see how much everybody appreciates what you're doing by your 2.7/5 app rating and having about 30% more 1*'s than 5*'s. ????????????

N70%
by N####:

This morning I woke up to a flash briefing. 8 year old tells Trump to stop tweeting. News??? Honestly. Asinine. Waste of resources, that I don't need to wake up to. HOW ABOUT. Grownup tells Flipboard flash brief for Samsung editors to get a life. Disabled the app.

I70%
by I####:

You show content that is highly objectionable. I disabled your app (only because I couldn't delete it) after your horrible enabling of Minaj's crude behavior photos in November 2017. I will not associate with anyone that thinks that is "news" and worthy of posting. This is not the only instance (re: your obsession with Kardashians) but was the last straw.

N70%
by N####:

Unable to GET RID OF THIS APP...WHY? It's unwanted and annoying to have on my phone. I uninstall it constantly and it won't go away. Uninstall should be uninstall...GO AWAY

N70%
by N####:

Did not want, self installed and started running. Just hope they don't have security issues because that would make this a worm.

N70%
by N####:

Edit: Response to Flipboard support below: I know how to disable it. But that's not the point. I want to remove it altogether from my device and I am unable to because of the deal between you and Samsung. It is simply unacceptable to force people into using an App they don't want and not allow them to uninstall it completely. Stop bundling your App. If it is so good people will look for it and install it like all other Apps. This is soooo old school 90s era business practice that you and Samsung are still applying. Just Stop it. I am sadly stuck with this and many other Apps thanks to Samsung. It is really poor of you Samsung. To preload a bunch of useless Apps on your phones without giving the device owner after taking their money the power to uninstall them without rooting and romming is tasteless. You truly have become the king of crapware Samsung. Nice knowing you. You have lost me as a customer. Never again.
