Good info but, loads of ads. Big ads. A lot of them too. I didn't see any exercises. Has potential if they get rid of those ads and ad more content on healthy eating. Would like to see more sassy water recipes also.

I lost 2 1/2 lbs with working out in two days! Highly recommend this app! If you want to change your life today do it with this! And that was with cheating a little and eating a couple cookies last night! The sassy water is nasty to me.. but I'm drinking water or lemon water instead and sometimes skim milk! Highly recommend! My whole family loves it!

Lost 10 pounds. Half in just the first 3 days and I never felt hungry. You do have to plan your meals but it's totally worth it.
Basically chicken turkey or fish every .meal. Too expensive for me. And the water sounds gross. I wouldnt even know where to find some of the ingredients for the water. And who wakes up and cooks fish and baked potatoes for breakfast? Who has time for that? This seems like a diet for people with lots of money and time.
