For this purpose, we bring you Onliner. You can mark friends on your friend list and immediately get a notification on your android phone when any of those friends come online!
You will be invisible and your friends will never know that you're tracking them.

The app looks amazing, but when I opened it up and clicked "Add friends ", all I got is " App not set up: This app is still in development mode, and you don't have access to it. Switch to a registered test user or ask an app admin for permission." and how can I do either of these two things!!! After all, this app is useless.

It works! There is some small lag time.,cuz it only refreshes every 60 seconds and your data connection has something to do with it... All in all great app
