flash alert on call/sms

New features:
- When you receive a call or a text and the notification message, the flash will blink.
- You can change the blinking frequency like if you want flash alerts to be slow or fast.

This application will use your camera flash to make blinking signals while your phone is ringing or new notification message is received. A very useful and practical application for those who are always busy in meetings or working in hospitals or in shadows.
