I really like this app but, I need it to automatically change my workouts for me weekly. Not sure how to do that?? Can someone help PLEASE:)

I really like the way it works, its easy AF. Any one can use it (best for beginner)

Not able to back up on the paid version and not able to write review on the paid version. Few exercises missing in New version for example: inclined alternative biceps curls, triceps pushdown reverse grip, standing low pulley arm extension and lot more.
I hate the interface now ..too many fuss n pushing the fancyness .how do i downgrade love the way it was before update it went from 5* to 2* for me

Simplicity! Finally! It's so worth dowloading and giving it a try. Exercises for each muscle divided into sections. You can your own exercises, edit the ones provided, add your own muscle group. The best thing is that it keeps track of the reps, weight, minutes, and/or miles from the last time you performed that exercise. Great free app and I'm about to get the pro. You can use the free just fine and never have to go pro, but the pro only $1 or $2. I only wish you can duplicate exercises to put them in multiple categories like pullups for biceps and lats, or upright rows for traps as well as shoulders.
