About Yoga Monkey Free Fitness L1-4
Instruction:
1. Please install main app Yoga Monkey first:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=fit.yogamonkey.yoga before install and use this plugin.
2. Select the session of "Level 1-4" in YogaMonkey APP, start and enjoy yoga journey afterwards.
== Session Overall Introduction ==
Tara Brach, an American psychologist, once said that “we experience our lives through our bodies whether we are aware of it or not” in her novel Radical Acceptance. However, we are often mesmerized by the outside word and miss out on the awareness of our own body. But every time we stretch out our body on yoga mats, or adjust our breath to align with movements, we start to feel the vitality in our body again. Over time, this will increase the level of comfort in your own body. This course will help you increase the awareness of your own body, and build greater self-confidence. You will find this yoga session can reduce stress, back and neck tension, insomnia and menopause symptoms.
This yoga course mainly contains several parts: Wrist Stretch, Cat Pose, Kneeling Twist, Modified Upward Dog, Transitional Standing Pose, Triangle Pose, Warrior III Pose, Sun Cobra Pose, and Half Bridge Pose.
Yoga is essentially a practice for your soul, working through the medium of your body. Now it is a time to be one with your body!
