The First Choice Power mobile app puts everything you need at your fingertips. Easily manage your First Choice Power account while on the go – right from your smartphone or tablet!

With First Choice Power’s app, you will be able to pay your bill, monitor your energy usage, locate a home services technician, and update your account settings wherever you are.

In addition, you’ll be able to refer your friends and family members to First Choice Power via the app and begin earning valuable bill credits that will be applied to your account.

Simply download the app, login with your First Choice Power online account manager username and password, and get started!

The First Choice Power app allows you to:

• Pay Your Bill – It just got easier to pay your electricity bill! Arrange to have your bill paid automatically from your credit card, bank debit card, or bank account through our app.

• Monitor Energy Usage - Compare your current usage with your usage from the previous year so that you can learn more about how energy is used in your home.

• Find a Payment Location – We’ve simplified the way you look for a payment location. Just enter your ZIP code or address to find the closest payment location. Now, you can pay your energy bill at a convenient payment location near you.

• Locate a Home Services Technician – Needing help with home repairs? Search for an electrician, plumber, or central heating and air conditioning technician near you, and rest assured that the technician will be provided by our trusted partners.

• Refer-a-Friend – We’ve made it easy to share your love for First Choice Power with your friends and family. For each person that becomes a First Choice Power customer because of your referral, you will earn up to $5 off your bill each month for 36 months. There’s no limit to the number of friends you can refer, and you can do it all from your smartphone.

• View First Choice Power Social Media Feeds – We know that you use your smartphone or tablet to keep tabs on your social networks, so we want to connect with you! Through the First Choice Power mobile app, you can follow us on Facebook, Twitter and our blog so that you can read all the great tips, hints, links, and fun stuff we sharing each and every day.

Unable to log in! Pop up saying Error! Unable to access account or something along those lines. I know my username and password are correct cause I just logged in using laptop but I wanted use app on the go.

The app is awesome, and the service is great as well. I have no issues at all but one key things I want to suggest is that it would be able to view the daily use on the app. I receive the texts and it's useful but for a project that I've been doing, I know it would help a lot.

Just downloaded app after switching from CPL & am having problems registering. Box pops up saying process can take up to 2 minutes, then disappears, leaving me on the same screen. Tried logging in & it doesn't recognize my info.

It's been about a year since my last review of this app and its still HORRIBLE!!! I have uninstalled and will NEVER use again! Won't let me login in majority of the time and in the off chance it does it WILL NOT let you enter any amount to pay. Ridiculous!!!

Love this app.makes paying your light bill very easy. Only down point is when you click to see your daily usage per month it says it cant at the moment. Please fix this issue . Other than that this app is 5 star!

I downloaded the app tonight, however i keep trying to register, i put the information in and hit submit and a little screen pops up saying "it may take up to 2 minutes to set up your account" then it dissapears but nothing happens. I have tried loggin in but that doesnt work. Im not sure what the issue is.

Unable to download app. I keep getting error code - 505. I followed all troubleshooting tips and still nothing. I used the CPL Retail Energy app with no problem and now with First Choice I'm having nothing but problems. Not good. Hopefully this app will get its kinks fixed soon.

I love the app it's convenient when you need to pay your bill and your not at your computer...and it saves you $3 when you paid at a store. I recommend using the company and their app ...fyi I pay less with First Choice Power than I did with using reliant for over 15yrs glad I made the switch

It gives me the option to "view daily usage", but when I click on it, the app tells me that the daily usage is not available. I've NEVER been able to view daily usage. The app gives the option to check usage, but ALWAYS says that the information is not available. Either make the info available, or remove the option.
