First Choice Power for Android
This version of the app wont allow me to log in. I know the username and password are correct because I log in through the web all the time, but the website doesnt seem to be mobile compatible. Very frustrating. I love the app when it works.
Recently changed to this company from other companies that I have tried and have been no good. And this has been the best one. Definitely keeping First Choice!!
Have trouble seeing the daily usage, paying at times and logining in.
The app is awesome, and the service is great as well. I have no issues at all but one key things I want to suggest is that it would be able to view the daily use on the app. I receive the texts and it's useful but for a project that I've been doing, I know it would help a lot.
Only thing is it started to not send text messages anymore with my balance. And everytime I go to manage alerts the app shuts down and kicks me out
Just downloaded and using same credentials as main website and not able to log in. Please fix. More convenient to use an app.
Error when checking daily usage. No real time info. Web page works better. Even its a day behind.
When i try to log into app it says my profile is locked. I have to go into the actual website to view my account. I have reported issue several times but still not resolved and this is so frustrating when i just recently switched to first choice and app was working fine.
Why does it say my username/password incorrect?? Everything is actually correct.
Just downloaded app after switching from CPL & am having problems registering. Box pops up saying process can take up to 2 minutes, then disappears, leaving me on the same screen. Tried logging in & it doesn't recognize my info.
It's been about a year since my last review of this app and its still HORRIBLE!!! I have uninstalled and will NEVER use again! Won't let me login in majority of the time and in the off chance it does it WILL NOT let you enter any amount to pay. Ridiculous!!!
Love this app.makes paying your light bill very easy. Only down point is when you click to see your daily usage per month it says it cant at the moment. Please fix this issue . Other than that this app is 5 star!
If this app would let me see my daily usage, and also let me update my info like it is supposed to then I will give it 5 stars.

Won't let me do online payments, it keeps declining my card although I have positive balance

This app is great execpt it will never let me check my daily usage and i changed my phone number the app shows that its changed but i never get messages from it
Payment keeps messing up, ruining my chances to get the contract enrollment

I downloaded the app tonight, however i keep trying to register, i put the information in and hit submit and a little screen pops up saying "it may take up to 2 minutes to set up your account" then it dissapears but nothing happens. I have tried loggin in but that doesnt work. Im not sure what the issue is.
So nice and convenience .Now im able to access to my acct on my phone, I can see my bill, and see all features . The problem with the login it has been fixed. Thank you guys

Unable to download app. I keep getting error code - 505. I followed all troubleshooting tips and still nothing. I used the CPL Retail Energy app with no problem and now with First Choice I'm having nothing but problems. Not good. Hopefully this app will get its kinks fixed soon.
Great app if you can get it to log on. Once you get in, smooth sailing. Just don't wait until the last minute. Lol
It's ok for making payments, but gives an error message for daily usage balance. Needs more work!
good to make payments but monthly details doess Not work...important to me....
I love the app it's convenient when you need to pay your bill and your not at your computer...and it saves you $3 when you paid at a store. I recommend using the company and their app ...fyi I pay less with First Choice Power than I did with using reliant for over 15yrs glad I made the switch
Daily usage never works, yoy have to login on the Web site to see it. Otherwise it's great
Does not let you login fast this app takes forever but when I finally get in it is fine doesn't update as fast but it does update.
Sucks. I try to review my daily usage and it says error, but it does work when it press PAY BILL!!!!!
Half the time i get an error message when it gets to pulling profile info and half the time it goes straight to it
It gives me the option to "view daily usage", but when I click on it, the app tells me that the daily usage is not available. I've NEVER been able to view daily usage. The app gives the option to check usage, but ALWAYS says that the information is not available. Either make the info available, or remove the option.

Way better than an actual location, only down side its some times it crashes

Unable to log in! Pop up saying Error! Unable to access account or something along those lines. I know my username and password are correct cause I just logged in using laptop but I wanted use app on the go.
