deducted € 8 from my account on 7th Sep without any intimation. Call history indicates a set of 20 strange Philippines numbers which I have never called. Website don't have any contact information - like phone or web chat to complain. Utter filthy cheats!!

The VOIP call quality is usually not good enough. Anyways 5 star for the local access feature which I really like!
