Rynga - Cheap Android Calls

I don't understand how SMS to the same person will cost different. First they charge me 0.27 then later 0.3. I can't understand. It's like you decide at any given time to charge people differently. I don't have a problem with performance but my big problem is your billing which to an extend is stealing from your clients.

Once connected, the other person can't hear you and vice versa . You have to cut an call back at least 4 times till there is actually some voice. These issues were on and off but since 3 months or so it is persisting and even though I have not made any effective call, the credit keeps going down for the attempts that it got connected but without speech. I hope this issue will be addressed soon. This was my review from last year. I must say that since the last couple of months, Rynga is simply amazing! Amazing call quality and no more call drops. I'm pleased. I can only give it 5 stars.

Increasing the charges constantly. Within a short time the charges to call Uganda have risen from 19 cent to 23 cent. This is a great shame and very unfair. Please stop this game. Otherwise the call quality would be good. Resty Bitte Rücksicht nehmen

I don't find it nice anymore....it used to be 5 cents to call Nigeria, now it's 7.5 Cents and you don't even enjoy the call quality.

Very unsatisfactory performance..I have to call 2 to 3 times and still the other person cant hear my voice.

Sometimes can't hear properly. But overall it's fine!! I like it!!

It works but it never shows my phone number to the other party. And I've done all the caller id stuff.

The other person only hear what i said after couple a secondes and it's been like that for long time. It's very annoying. Please fix it otherwise there is good chance i might try another voip service

dear from last 8 months I am using to calling India.its good.but last one week I am calling but their after receiving my voice is going with too much of distabans .Nd one of my friend also using this application.when I am using that app nd user id is going good voice.whats the problem .........

The app is just rating it self and taking my money without making calls

Calls are disconnecting and very poor connections. This is very disappointing.

Rynga, i have been charged 0.56 to call Nigeria(zoo) instead of 00.20 why do you choose to frustrate your customers? It's unbelievable

It was working fine until the last update. After the update, I couldn't hear the other side. I could see the call connecting but no response from the other side. Even restarting the app doesn't help. I m losing lot of money coz of this issue.

Was working fine until 2 days bak .. cant hear anything even though it shows connected and have to try several times until can hear

When you make a phone to phone call and hang up, the app does not disconnect and it keeps counting time. I lost 4 Euros within 2 days. Customer Service gave me a completely different answer when i message them. Kind of a fraud to me.

It has bad quality of calling,and when you buy credit they say 10€ but you end up paying 12.95€

Dear developwrs i m using this app from many years and found that its voice quality is great. It would be soo great if you can provide country unlimited plans like REBTEL. It providing uk unlimited plans in just $ 10 per month. Really unlimited calling to any mobile n landline in uk. Hope you will provide unlimited uk plan in same price asap. Thanks.

It was not good. The older version was better than the updated. rynga you might loss a lot of trusted customers as there is no improvement in the hearing quality and the disturbances.
