Clipper Plus with Sync

I installed the app from the Play Store v2.4.7. On KitKat and Lollipop, it works fine. But on Jelly Bean, without an access to the settings (no menu pop-up when clicking on the three dots), I couldn't configure the syncing options. I had to restore a backup with Helium for the syncing to work. The menu is still unavailable though. I hope the support will be effective because it took a full week for me to receive an acknowledgement of my ticket.

I like easy and I like useful. This is both. Best of all, it shows you the clip's timestamp and the list is in linear format (instead of that jumbled mess of colored boxes in the built in clipboard). Updating from the free version was a breeze too. It asked permission to uninstall the free version, removed it from my tablet and copied over the clips I had stopped in the free version.

I have so many ID's and Passwords that I would not be able to access the Internet without it! However... It would be nice to have some help explaining how to use it. How was I supposed to know to press "advanced" a second time to see the search results? And why would the search default to the "contents" rather than the description of the clip, then list the found clips without the description? My clips often just contain IDs and numbers, so I need the description to know what the clip means!

Once I started using this app, I wondered how I survived without it. It is so useful and convenient ... I can keep copying text without having to paste the contents into another app. I used this on my phone and tablet, it syncs between the 2 devices without any problem at all. Plus I like how the developer asking for ratings on the bottom of the screen in such an unobtrusive way instead of a pop-up window.

Will give the fifth star if they can add a way to encrypt data without me having to use a 3rd party Encryption software. Very user friendly and simple. Nice design and esthetically pleasing. Would also like to see themes so I can use a dark theme. Haven't went through the whole app yet so it might already be there. If not it would be nice. Thanks for a useful app.

I used to own Samsung note 2, which served me like a good working donky, equally, I have Huawei i9lite, (beautiful). .... the only, thing I can't live without, a clipboard, that was embedded with keyboards in Samsung, with a list to see when you need them, if the phone is hold on horizontal! .....I was hoping this app might come closer for £1 I tip the developer, sadly it doesn't!

This app is wonderful, easy to use and so so handy. Good job. I've used this for about six months and it only gets better. I have been using this app for about 6 months now and it's still a must have. Seems like I use it all the time. Very handy to use with sync over multiple devices. Edit: it's now Friday, November 25, 2016. Still use this app every time I use my phone. I could not live without this app. Okay maybe little excessive but this app is still a life changer.

Should come with stock Android. More useful than can be explained simply by listing features. So discreet, you forget it's even there... until you *need* it. That moment, when you recover a misplaced phone #, a forgotten website, a lost 500-word message. From your cell to your tablet. Backtracking 2 years... Priceless.

Enhancements Tips: Notification options might be more customizable... add actions buttons based on contents or preset automatic actions etc., add more behaviour timing options (e.g auto hiding/clearing of clip content). Custom colors in list of clippings. Search button always visible, also from notification, for quick searches.

I used the free app for 6 months. Then l decided to invest in the app Development. Buying them a beer, is justified for what they do for us. This one gets it done. I don't have to worry about the things l need clipped, not being there. Also they are synced for better protection.

Ap just gets better and better. I wish clipboard on PC was so useful. Better than Android's clip tray because you can manage clips, organize and save for long-term use, all within ap.

It's great! Anything I copy on my tablet is accessible from my phone.

Loved it, for about 10 minutes. Then realized I can't keep anyone else from seeing my clips. Hmm. Then I'll just get "Clipper Sync", and sync to Google Drive or DropBox. I'd have to clean out the clips on my phone each day, but I'd still have them SAFE and SECURE in my back-up location. WRONG!!! This is a REALLY GOOD APP. But it's useless to me in its current form, until a password, or "sync to (MY sync account)" update comes along. I hope it's soon. I'll cheerfully rate it a 5, as soon as it does.

Indespenseable it makes life so much more enjoyable. Can't Remember it all? Then you need this App....I've been using it for over 6 months and now bought it.

Been moving this from phone to phone as I get new phones (I break and lose lots of phones). Sometimes I don't want them to make it better so they don't screw it up. Its perfect the way it is.

This is beyond a doubt the most useful app I have. In fact, I would lost without it! The sync feature is particularly important, allowing my to save & retrieve across devices. It's usefulness is almost too hard to explain. So Try it. I'm sure you will find unlimited uses.

Please see my update below. The above heading may be me or may be the app. I'm inclinded to go with the latter. I've had this app now for a good few "clips" and it has failed to copy any of them. At the beginning l did give the app a chance. Do I have to disable my device clipboard? And if so, how? I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 running Android 5.0.2. I've done everything suggested by the program writers but to no avail. It simply doesn't work. UPDATE: I had to do a factory restart for an unrelated issue and since then the app has worked perfectly.

...in practice syncing fails almost 100% of the time I need it. Nothing has synced since Mar 29 @ 2:00 PM But it says "All OK" Things works again if I sign out and then back in. It's a pain to do that though all the time.

The app is great. But I noticed it Android closes it whenever I exit the screen it doesn't matter the permission settings or the battery saver settings android just straight up closes it. Any solutions? ***********************Edit: I found out the problem was from my Android software. It closes app notifications within some minutes of (apparent) idleness. I added Clipper to the whitelist. Problem solved. Thank you for your response. Clipper is great.

It's a great way to accessibly store text in the cloud, Eg. I use outlook which isn't the greatest with saving drafts and making them available on my different devices. Text used to get lost. If I put it in clipper plus, I can edit it anywhere, save it anytime and then paste it in as my reply when I'm ready. Wouldn't want to live without it.

Works really well for me. Does what it's meant to. I can't complain or find anything I need improved. I guess the only this is that the clipboard shows up on the notification area which is a pain. Other than that it's great app.

Every mobile saves things to clip board but don't have an app for it, where does it go????. With this app it's great saves recipes, etc. You can edit, can't quit get the sync yet but love this app. A must have for any busy person.

When sharing with clipper sync only link is shared and not any text description, also when big text is shared the title itself also gets whole text and not heading as some would expect

I couldn't ask for a better app to copy things too, save things too and share to so many different sites. Very useful to copy things from closed & secret groups. That's the only way I can share from them. I love it.

Have two devices with this app installed on each with plugin that is supposed to synchronize clips between each other. Synchronizing doesn't work at all. Other than that (for a single phone user) is a decent clipboard app.

This app is a life saver. I use it everyday to gets things done!

Nice app but there is only one problem. in OnePlus 3 phone when u restart the phone the app will not work till u open the app and close it. which doesn't make any sense for me

Yay! Rojetki is back! I discovered this app when I got my first smartphone, and now I'm on my fifth and I don't think I know how to function anymore without it. I have the clipper+ site bookmarked on my PCs, so I have access to clippings from mobile devices there, too.

Must have for me, but don't understand why the dev hasn't added a PIN unlock like he has in Type Machine. Many things I store on the clipboard are in need of security.

Very Useful n Convenient . I use it to quickly save bits n pieces of info that I may want to move to a more secure app later . Would give it 5 stars if clipper plus had a password or pattern or pin code lock. N Yr request for a rating was very polite ...I like the part that said ( n we won't bother you again

This is one of my 2 or 3 must-have apps. Synchs among all my devices. Invaluable memory-nudge! Works seamlessly. Gets better and better.

What a great idea - it's changed the way I do "phone". Also, a veeery useful way around the lack of an "undo" in a smartphone universe! I've been using it for a month or so now without trouble so I'm comfortable finally giving it a review.

I still love Clipper, though I'm Usain Clipper+ on a Galaxy S7 Edge. If Clipper clips minutes of frustration from life. Worth getting. Worth paying for. Do it!

Actually I was very impressed with it but now it stopped working. Whatever you do, uninstalled multiple times, now it works perfectly thanks

This is an app that I use constantly and helps me complete essays, online forms, and other important documents! I was previously using the free version of this app for a long time but I enjoyed it so much that I payed for the premium version of the app and I have been even happier!!

Wish you could lock it. One of the best apps available. This app is worth every penny although the free version ain't too shabby either! Kudos to dev :) thank you.

Got my fantastic new phone and needed a very good clipboard app, and this one is really nice. I'm not sure if there's a lock feature to lock the clips you want to keep and then a cleanup button to delete the rest or not, perhaps I over looked something? Very good app so far... thanks

This is one of the best utility apps available on Android. Ever need to compile a bunch of text from various apps into an email or document? Clipper makes this process a breeze. Writing a detailed email or post, and change your mind, or want to save what you have for further editing, Clipper. This is one of those apps that make the Android experience that much better.
