It does just what it says. Allows the user to create fully customized sound boards using the sounds, pictures, and text supplied by the user. Much better than having to install a bunch of apps to have different boards that will often have sounds you'd never use. Here you have 1 app with as many sound boards as you want, and all with sounds you know you'll use because you chose them all.

Installed this in the morning and within an hour, had a full soundboard ready to go for an afternoon wiffle ball game. Worked great! One weird bug and one feature request: Bug: Frequently, WinAmp would kick on and start playing one of the files while another was in progress. I could not determine why, but it was alarming to have Chemical Brothers suddenly kick in about 80% through the Star Spangled Banner. Feature Request: Preference to add specified fade-out on pause/stop.
