Unresponsive app with poor design. I couldn't even read the terms and conditions through the app.

Don't bother registering via the app - I didn't manage to get past the accept terms and conditions phase. There are some cars displayed on the map which you can't actually use "only for residents" or something. Can be quite annoying because that isn't stated in the app.
