TFG App

It says invalid cell number. My cell number is correct. Wasted my data bundles.

Does not allow you to link your account - keeps saying the account info cannot be retrieved. Why have an app when there is no Admin trying to get bugs fixed and keep customers happy.

Useless App. Can't log in. Says you don't have permission. After speaking to a TFG staff member, they said I must remove my account from my PC in order to use app?? What a load of rubbish. TFG stop wasting your money on this app and just give up please.

I have no idea why this app is even available. It does not allow me to login with my credentials... how stupid. Fix it Damn it!!!!!!!!

Last updated in 2013. Knowing TFG they will keep their app up-to-date. Makes me wonder is this the genuine app or a fake.

Its terrible ive tried for several times to register myslf but they keep on saying oops ur no doesnt match the one on are system. Whats that hmm. Its useless​ if its gonna be there nd we cant use it. For me this APP its a no no

i think of killing the person who made it and forget to chek asif its working or not. bull shi...... i got rgisterd but if i sing in on browser it work but on this app its sayed u dont have permisson for this app. do i have to go to president for permisson or to police? nonsence

Stupid app. I can't even log in. Keeps on telling me I don't have permission to log in here, seriously this needs real attention. The programmers/developer of this app needs to sort this out. It is frustrating.

This app is a waste of time and Data. It doesnt recognise my credential but when i sign up it says 'Customer already exists...' what nonsense is that?! TFG just rushed into this one. pathetic!

I registered then couldn't get in. Then I tried forgetting password and it tells me there's already a profile of my name. How do I get in then?

Sucks does not work i cant even login. Worst app i ever tried. When u make payments it just does not go through. They can just aswell remove and delete this app! Sucks!!!

"You do not permission to log in here" I have been using TFG online for awhile so already have an account and password that works..... this app however, does NOT work. Whats more, it gives me the bad feeling it might even be a scam app.

I've never used the app, but it tells me a customer is already registered on my cell number? How is this even possible. Terrible app. Wouldn't recommend it. Rather use online website.

Love the app, account info available 24/7 at my fingertips. 1 question...When will the "Buy Airtime" feature be activated?? Its been saying "...available soon..." since forever.

This app is an embarrassment to the Programming industry! "You do not have permission tolog in here" then where do I have permission to login. Reset my password, same error message. Ihave never ever been anle to use this app since download 2 months ago. Deleting it now. Total disgrace.

How can my e-mail already be in use when I never even entered it? Tried signing up by entering my cell number,card number and by creating a password... But unfortunately my e-mail is already in use... This is so not awesome!

Unable to log in after registering! Atleast 50 other users experienced the same issue based on the reviews so far! Terrible user experience.

I like the app, you can quickly check your balance, vouchers and offers from the TFG. I dont like the fact that it doesnt automatically logoff when I close the app or have been away for a while. Great app though overall.

Useless App, 2 days now and still can't login...but I can log into my account via Opera Mini.

This app needs improvement because I registered well with my older numbers that I don't use anymore,now when I forgot my password it sent "one time pin" to those numbers I don't use which obviously my previous network provider gave them to someone else now i can't login even when I registered again using my new number with my card number it doesn't register at all.If was sending a link to email to reset the password there mostly like the other apps on playstore now the problem is it sent a link to numbers.

I must say you guys did a good job. I had issues with login and you guys resolved them. The app is great. Usability 100% and simplicity is great.

Installed the app 3 days ago but everytime I try to log in, I am told "You're not allowed to login here". When I call customer care for help they tell me the app is not fully functional yet. Howcome that an app that was created in 2013 is not functioning after 2 years,?,,

After sorting out all the technical glitches thru long engagement with very helpful support staff, the app doesn't even tell me what I owe on my account - only what I can spend!

I rate the App 0. When I try to login with my number it does not recognise it. Also, if I am allowed to login using email as username on desktop the why cannot i do the same on mobile?

Everytime when I get to the app, I lt say I must link my card, why can't I just link my card once and it takes forever to receive otp password then it will say the password is invalid
