Inetkey for Android
Helpful app. Only problem is that when I disconnect, it doesn't fully disconnect and my inetkey still gets used. Needless to say, my inetkey is history.
Just give us the option to sign in with a 4 digit PIN or fingerprint authentication. The password is too cumbersome.
Problem: Cannot log in with this app on my new phone (moved from Huawei P7). I now have to use web browser. (Same password and it works on web browser so it's not an invalid password or username like it states) What should be added: * Password remember feature/Auto log-in * Finger print log-in * If connection to MatiesWifi is bad and cannot log me in, don't just say "Invalid Username and password" rather say "Poor connection", it is plainly obvious that this is just poor coding logic behavior for a problem that isn't accounted for. My device: Huawei P10 Lite EMUI version 5.1 Andriod version 7.0
Allow to run background with auto log in and maintain log in whilst running. User is responsible for security of log in, like every other app.
I am experiencing problems connecting on both my Android devices. Ugh.
Doesnt work 80% of the time...
Does not keep connection open. Will disconnect after a random amount of time.
Why does it always disconnect?...I keep missing important messages whenever I am not at a PC..
Please correct the spelling, on my phone the options are to "Disconnnnect and exit"
Remember password please. If security is your concern, put up a warning if someone decides to use remember password. It's annoying to have to type it in each time.
Limited functionality. Would be great if it remembered logins, can do auto login, work in portrait mode...
Rhys Williams's one is better - get that one
The task is easy: internet access. The implementation is clean. What it lacks is the option of remembering your password. 5 stars once it does. Thanks for finally getting a tablet version ready. UPDATE: removed a star because of no response and no recent updates. UPDATE: removed another star for the same reason

App works without any problem. It would be even better if the app would automatically log in whenever the app detects my phone connecting to MatiesWiFi. It would save me the trouble of launching the app and typing in my password every single time.
Good
I've installed, uninstalled and re-installed numerous times and I still cannot log in to my Inetkey with this app. Even though all my credentials are right, it keeps saying that they are incorrect. But I can log in perfectly online. I didn't have this problem with my old phone. What's going on?
After changing my sunlearn password on my phone I haven't been able to connect to inetkey for months, changed my password multiple times but never accepts the password on the app. Password Works when I log onto sunlearn though . Tried uninstalling reinstalling, nothing works.
Love the simple, clean interface that looks great with Lollipop. The icon design is also nice. Works well when connecting to MatiesWifi. An option to remember your password would be appreciated though.
This app beats having a browser tab dedicated to inetkey, but at least most browsers remember login details.
Doesn't even work. Won't log in, nothing. Useless.
It would be better if we had the option to remember passwords.
It should contain an option to save the password.
Good app, just needs to remember passwords
A good app, but after a while it keeps saying that i am typing my password wrong, which then i have to reinstall the app again and change my password. Happened twice so far.
Needs landscape orientation on tablets and support for fingerprint authentication.
Doesn't log you in even though all the credentials are exactly right. Just keep spamming the connect button with the same credentials and it logs in. Needs a lot of fixing and a remember password function
I mean, it works but it should save your password. I mean, it's a needless security measure when no other people use your phone. It's a little annoying that the other one (which did remember your password) was taken down so you have to use this one.
It says incorrect password message even though all my details are correct. I leave the same details in and only after the 5th or 6th time it accepts the exact same details that it previously rejected. Sometimes it also says connected but i don't have internet access, even after a refresh.
This hardly works in the libraries and on top of it the university brags about having the best internet in southern hemisphere, it's a Shame that they even think of charging so much money for such bad service. Only university I heard of that charges for internet, and an expensive R20 a gig during the day!

It says that my password is incorrect even though it is correct. Would also like a password remember function.
Doesn't log me in even though my password and username is correct.

It's simple, functional, and works really well. The only downside is that the app doesn't allow for landscape view....which is annoying on a tablet.
It's a good app, but it only supports portrait view, which isn't very comfortable on tablets.

One of the original versions saved your password so that you didn't have to re-enter it every 30 minutes, and also kept the connection open in your notifications tray which was great (where as now you need to keep the app open) . Please can we see these features back in an update!?

Sometimes when you get disconnected, you have to type your password again. But even after that the app says there's an error. You have to close the whole app and try again I definitely want a remember password option, and a fingerprint function would be nice
