Fella Homes - Rent Room / Bed

Choosing Fella Homes over Nestaway was one of the biggest mistakes I've made lately. All the tenants living in our property are mired in continual, daily problems like no water, no electricity, faulty motor, plumbing issues, the list goes on. Our property even came on the verge of being ceased by the MCG on account of non payment of property tax. Nestaway on the other hand, does have its fair share of problems but, provides better service and is better than fella in general. If you want to live peacefully, please never go for Fella Homes

One of the worst customer support. Biggest mistake of my life choosing fella homes. Only word to describe is PATHETIC.

Fellas is awesome.

Believe me , they are the worst.After living for 6 months and being loyal customer you can even end up with your roommate paying 2000 less for the same room.That is your punishment for not leaving early.They keep on sending fake rent due and late payment charge reminders.Don't believe me check out this mail.We deeply regret the inconvenience caused to you about the rent and security reminder. There was technical glitch and our techincal team is working on the same. We apolozise for the same.

Nestaway is far better then this, fella is not providing what they mentioned in web site and they are not providing gas cylinder. If we asked them this is not our policy .i am asking them this should be mention in website either executive who is showed the property

It's a waste of time downloading this app if the rental your searching for is not in New Delhi/ Noida/ Gurgaon and surrounding areas..useless for other cities..you will be met with an answer.." No pal.."..( sic ).

I liked the way this app is trying to solve the accommodation problem for on-the-move individuals - you change jobs for better opportunities and with that comes the problem of finding a home in a hassle free manner. The problem gives you so many sleepless nights. The app uses technology to solve a pinching user problem and I believe they are doing a pretty good job at trying it. Kudos! Keep up the good work.

Really, I have been trying to open this app since yesterday and it doesn't take me anywhere. It's stuck at its home screen logo. Can't do anything on it. Fake ratings and fake comments... Ugh... Uninstalling it now.. And thx for wasting my time.

The app is quite helpful for the ones who are looking for furnished home. The UI is also interactive and user friendly.

All the houses I visited were standardized and the one I'm living is regularly and quickly managed by fella homes people.
