Works great for the plug switch but needs support for led bulbs and the bridge. AND ADS ARE SO ANNOYING. i would buy to be rid of this garbage.

I was not able to use the app because every time I touched it a full screen ad popped up.

A previous post alerted me to the 2 ports that helped me find them manually, also placing switches on static IPs (only through reservations from your dhcp device) can help them stay put, but software can't find devices automatically and there is no way to edit widgets after they have been created which would be very helpful I hope these features can be added. Great when working pain to set up. Requires some tech know how.

Instant on/off These widgets works much better than the ones from the official app. They are instant and super reliable. You just need to enter the IP yourself as discovery seems to not be working (fing app can find the IP in seconds of you need it).

Please add the option to change the name and IP address of an item already in the list. Also, please make widgets refresh at some interval to show the current state of devices that may have been changed by another user. Tasker support and mobile data capabilities will make this a 5 star app and an instant buy for me.

Auto Discover did not find any connected Wemo's, so I logged into my router to find the IP addresses of all connected devices. I had to guess which IP belonges to a particular Wemo, but in the end, it works great. Please work on Auto Discover to make it work for those of us who may not be technically knowledgeable to get this app working.

Couldn't even get the system set up without getting inundated by advertisements. Didn't see devices on network either, but other apps seem to do better. Still looking for that basic widget...

It used to work fine for a while, but after updating my android system it doesn't pick up any wemos in the network. Please fix, 1 star till it's fixed.

Firmware /software updates have left this app useless. Use to use it regularly. Have now uninstalled

Tons of obnoxious ads. Only supports a limited number of switches

I know they say you can search for your wemo but it doesn't work. Sadly useless.

Used to work perfectly several Android versions ago. Since then development has been abandoned leaving the app useless

This app has useful potential and could be a 5-star with a little tweaking. What I like: Instant access to my WEMO's compared to WEMO's 30 second without elevator music wait time. What I hate: All the widgets I create disappear on reboot. This is the game changer and the reason I give it 1 star. Exercise in futility until this is fixed and renders into the catagory of Do Not Install! What I dislike: All the widgets are WEMO Switch icons. No automatic scanning...UHG!! Widgets don't initially poll devices so everything appears to be OFF when first displaying the page of widgets. They work once each is activated...just don't reboot.

The product (wemo switch) is great but the app is atrocious! One of the worst UIs I've used.

Couldn't even add a widget. It kept wanting me to install other apps, which doesn't work. Dick move.

I bought it and changed Internet service and try to reinstall and read everything and viewed youtube to try and find the secret but it will not recognize it all. Reassembled, reset breakers etc..

It fails to find the WeMo by scanning. It will not work when you manually enter the address. It also has way too many adds. Don't bother downloading the app. I spent 20 minutes trying to figure it out.

Can't configure wiggets. It takes me to a page filled with Belkin advertisments. After it scan network for WEMOS, it indicates, that can't find Any. (No Wemos found Try Again) Please fix!

Useless! Not being able to scan search hence can't even try see if it's working. And I do not want to do manually because you advertise here as having scan search in the newest version. And those ads are really annoying..

Don't let the bad ratings & comments dicourage you. They either don't know how to use it or something is not compatible. I've used on numerous devices & Android versions & it's always worked. Could use an appearance update but that's my only complaint.

This app worked while I had a galaxy s5 bit when I got a galaxy note 5 it stopped. For anyone else having this issue just create a do button using ifttt and place it on your hoe screen. You just don't get the functionality of knowing it's on or off directly from the widget as you do with this one when it does work.

The ads not only being displayed in the ad bar; when u access the WeMo button, a big a*s maximized ad screen pops up every time! Gonna to remove the app.

Can't seem to get it to work, outlet works with wemo app. But this never finds it

Tried again and never finds any of the 3 wemos on my network. Still finds nothing.

I have several Wemos and my phone is on the same WiFi network but the app can't see any devices.

I have to keep recreating the widget. That kinda defeats the convenience of having a shortcut. Also, the ads are like warfare on the end user.

This is great. Hope the developer can take into account in the next update that the Wemo uses 2 different port numbers sometimes. That's why only half of my wemos work via IP. Sometimes they use port 49153 and sometimes they use port 49154. If you would be able to provide an update to send via both ports that would make it perfect and I'll adjust my rating to 5 stars. Hope you can implement it. - update 27/3/15 5 stars now for fixing ports issue! Widgets draining battery, maybe u can check?

EDIT: Widget has now worked for weeks, so 5 stars. Much better :-). Any widget becomes unusable after a few days, so you have to recreate it. Can understand the ads as it's free, but it doesn't reliably work. If it becomes reliable, instant 5 stars as would be perfect.

If you have a wemo insight or wemo bridge, this app doesn't support it.
