Get yourself a cheap tin whistle out of a shop, nine times out of ten you will receive a leaflet with more information than this app gives you. Then once you've learnt to cover all the holes without too many squeaks coming out get onto YouTube and just look up tin whistle lessons, another good tip is to type into Google the name of the tune you want followed by 'ABC notation' and you will find the music and a midi file to play along with. There that is a better tutorial than this app.

Total running. Don't waste yourbtime downloading. I uninstalled after less than 2mins of opening it. I can honestly say that this app has spent the shortest amount if time in my tablet out if any app that I have ever downloaded.

Great Tin Whistle App! I bought an authentic tin whistle about 3 years ago, but recently dug it back out to learn it more. There are many videos on websites that teach you. That's good but this handy little app goes mobile, and will highly help me along my path to play the whistle. Irish music has many well-known instruments, and when you hear them played, you automatically know it's Irish music. But the tin whistle, in my opinion, is the best known instrument that is recognized right away. Thanks for this app!
