Rings Digital Weather Clock

I like the functionality of it and how great it looks on my screen, as well the ways you can customize the colors and what each ring looks like. Don't like that even after REPEATEDLY entering my zip code and choosing my city and saving it, this app shows Somerville - wherever that is - and the temps there. I live in Albuquerque and the temps are nowhere the same. I have repeatedly chosen my location, turned my phone off and on and again selected the location. I now disabled the weather portion of this app, which was one of the reasons I chose this. So I'm again looking for a weather app.

I've used guage battery widget and fancy widget for my battery weather and time for 5 years, I found out the weather was completely off and I had been doubting my ability to guess the temp for no reason. So I tried out different widgets until I came across this and actually since it has everything got rid of guage battery widget. I'll miss it. Loved the look and was accurate. But this dashboard of information is nice and it let me set the clock ring to go to my clock when I tap the top and calendar when I tap the bottom. So it really integrated itself into my system. May it be all I need for the next 5 years.

I have been using this widget over a year and I love it. So far this is the best one. Believe me I tried many of them some free some I pay for it. Setup bit hard at first and it stops responding time to time so all electronics does. I just installed to my new phone (Android 6.0.1) works great. I change my phone but not this widget. Thank you

I've had this app for several months with no issues until yesterday. My location disappeared and Summerville was put in its place using Celsius, even tho I have checked Fahrenheit. I have tried uninstalling the app, re-entering my weather location and hitting save but it insists on displaying Summerville.

I miss my old circles widget... this one looks similar but isn't quite the same. Bulky texts and the clock doesn't change to analog when you swipe and the weather doesn't have animation. It's the basic form of the old circles. :/

I was worried when I saw the ratings but took the chance and downloaded anyway. If you take the time to set up the colors it it looks great. I set the hot button locations up. I press the bottom and my calculator comes up. I press the top and my Google calendar comes up. Absolutely perfect for my personal needs on my new Moto Z droid! Thanks to the developer for such a great and customizable app!!

The app was working great for approximately 3 months now all of a sudden the weather circle is stuck on Summerville no matter what Location I select its still defaults to Somerville and I have no idea where Somerville is. I tried clearing the data clearing the cache on installing the program and reinstalling it it still says Somerville if this continues for another week I will have to uninstall it and get rid of it permanently

The weather is useless. It shows the correct city/state but the weather is always wrong. I love the design, I also love having the battery indicator, being able to change the ring colors and setting it to call other apps with a touch.

I have been using this clock for months now. Although it needs a facelift to make it look more modern, i still like it better than the stock android circles command center. I like being able to customize it although circle colors has never worked for me. The battery indicator is off quite often also. Still gets 5 stars from me as it doesn't drain battery or conflict with other apps to my knowledge.

This app has a major drawback. If there is a way to edit on the fly it is completely intuitive. It seems like to make any changes you need to delete it and reload it. Not a lot of help if you're traveling. That said, it's pretty. It gives me all the information I want in one place. It's a really nice looking and useful app.

Love the fact you can put in so many cities weather in & flip thru quickly to see relatives part of the world. Warning...stroke top to bottom, otherwise may knock the app off your display flipping bottom to top, then HARD to find again. Hint...look up under widget not app.

Very similar to what I had on my s3 rom. Missing a couple features compared to that one though ( could flip the tiles and perform more functions). Is there an add free version? Also, can it be made so the weather follows you? Flip the ring between current and saved location perhaps? Update. No longer updating weather.

I like this app, but the Location/Weather Ring Froze Up. Stuck on "Summerville" 21/19 and storming. I have uninstalled/reinstalled, reported and emailed for assistance with no response. Looks like I will have to uninstall and get a different app.

Worthless - installed configured and app immediately crashed. Went as far as restarting phone. Also, would not report temp in F only C. I do NOT recommend

I have always loved this widget, but for the past few weeks the weather doesn't work. It either freezes or changes to Somerville. Frustrating! I even uninstalled and reinstalled. No change!

This widget only managed to work right for about 17 hours. Very disappointed with it. Has a nice sleek design I live but I don't live in summerville I live in Seymour TN. Hence I want the weather for my area not for summerville.

This app looks very attractive on your display. It also used to work well. A recent update, however, seems to have broken the location/weather functionality. Always shows Summerville. Until this is addressed, I'm back down to 3 stars.

Been using this app for over a year, just recently weather stopped working on both of my phones. I tried some other apps from the same developer, same issue. This is my favorite widget, if weather gets fixed, it's gets 5 stars.

Had this app before and really liked it. New phone and it's a bust. The only thing that really works is the time ring. Difficult to set up, refuses to find my location by name, apps launched with Rings inaccurate.

I like it. Looks nice on dark backgrounds. One problem though, my weather has been showing the wrong location and temp for months. It's showing Springfield and 21 for temp. Am I doing something wrong?

Was great when I first got it a year or so ago but now the weather does not work. I stays on 21° in summerville (wherever that is) or 93° where I live but way wrong tempature. I've tried multiple times to uninstall and reinstall and never fixes the issue.

This was such a great app and now it doesn't work. It refuses to give me weather for anywhere other than summersville (never heard of it) and it won't recognize any of my customizations. Used to be so awesome.

Clock time is always 4 to 5 minutes out of sync...and the local weather ring has a problem staying with my settings. Other than these few issues. ..it's not bad!

It works again, however if you download this app be vary careful and watch your data closely. I reinstalled this app (when I started experiencing problems with the amber weather app I had replaced this with previously) now four days after installing this app my data is already 80% used up, (6 GB of data gone in just under 4 days of having my phone on, of which the majority of the time I have my phone connected to WiFi, so this app is really suckling up data at record rates now!) all from this app alone. Bye

Weather is stuck on Summerville!! Reinstalling it made no difference. This sucks, I want my home town not some random town that I have no idea where it's even at. Needs fixed!!! Would up rating if this feature worked.

I have used this app for three different phones. The only issues occurred when the phone needed to reset, reboot, or update. (No longer keeping location data or updating. -2 stars)

Used Rings for years and it was great. Then one day Weather stopped working, is permanently stuck on Summerville and that doesnt even update! Been months and Rings hasnt fixed it. Can no longer recommend.

The app is great and looks really well with my home screen for my phone. The only problem I have with it is that when you tap the middle ring for the weather, it always says that it is unable to open up. Also when you set the location for your weather, I found out that the only way something will pop up to find a compatible location with what you type is when you put in your zip code. Please fix the weather and the updates. -Thank you

For almost two weeks the weather portion of the app has been stuck in a town nowhere near mine and everytime I click on the sun/cloud icon, the app crashes. I've tried removing the widget, uninstalling and reinstalling it, but keep on getting the same thing. Please fix it... I really like this app and don't want to have to get rid of it.

I had this app on my old phone and loved it. I could switch between several cities so that I can see what close friends and family had for weather. Now it doesn't work like that anymore. Not happy. Let me know when you fix it and I'll reinstall it.

Used to love this app but now it only displays Summerville weather, even though I set it for my location. Very frustrating.

Summerville...where it's always 21° with a low of 19° and it's always partly sunny with a chance of storms. I THOUGHT YOU SAID YOU FIXED THE WEATHER ISSUES??! lies :( this is the 3RD time I've uninstalled and restalled, hoping it would actually work because I love the idea of this, but no. Nothing. Weather is never my actual area. It's always just Summerville, no matter how many times I reset the location. -a sad samsung galaxy note 4 user-

This app always gives me the weather for a place called Summerville even though i have my real location saved. Kind of annoying. So unfortunately this has caused me to look for a different app. I love this one because it tells the time, weather and battery life. If this bug is fixed I'll change my rating to 5.

Update #2...BEWARE!! This app just started using mass amounts of data. 8GB in 12 hours. Blew us out of our data plan overnight. Not sure why or how as we've used this app for years but you can see in the App Manager which program used the data. Update now freezes the app regularly. On Galaxy S5

Good App, looks good on my S5,and it works, except for the weather, but I am not bothered over that, I can see if it is raining or not.

I used to have no issues with this app. Now the battery always says 100 regardless and even though I have weather set it won't show it. The only thing that works is the time now.

I had this widget before & I could flip the cities I had chosen & see their weather immediately. Now I can't. Also, I have to take it off my screen to do any changes, which loses all the colors & info I set previously. It sucks & saddens me that I don't have what I had before. :(

I love the look of this app, I love the way that it shows me my battery level and I can pick the colours...but it kills me that it doesn't have my city. It has many of the small towns around me such as Tillsonburg Ontario, but you don't have London Ontario, which is in the top 10 largest cities? If you don't have that weather specification you just get another clock. It's ridiculous you don't have a city of over 300,000 but you have a town of less than 30,000.

I have used this app on 3 different phones. Worked great until I installed it on Moto X 2014. At that time, I lost the capability if flipping the weather circle to get different cities. I just received the Lollipop upgrade last week and now it doesn't work at all. Sits on Somerville at 21 degrees. Disappointing to say the least.
