Facilit FDVU

Facilit FDVU er et program for å forvalte, drifte, vedlikeholde og utvikle bygg og eiendommer.

Følgende funksjoner støttes i den mobile versjonen av løsningen:
- Velg fasilitet med tekstsøk, NFC eller QR-koder
- Vis oppgave på fasilitet, opprett nye oppgaver, velg oppgave for mer informasjon, marker oppgaver som utført og vis tilknyttede avvik.
- Vis måleroppgaver (i oppgavelisten) på fasilitet samt registrer målerverdier på disse.
- Vis avvik på fasilitet med fargeindikator for tilstandsgrad, velg avvik for mer informasjon og marker avvik som utbedret.
- Global avviksliste som viser 30 siste hendelser på avvik uavhengig av tilhørende fasilitet (opprettet, endret, dialog, opplastet dokument eller opprettet oppgave på avvik)
- Global oppgaveliste som viser restanseliste på tvers av fasiliteter (basert på dine filterinnstillinger)
- Utvalg (filter) på oppgave- og avviksliste.
- Opplasting av foto på nye og eksisterende avvik.
- Rediger oppgave og avvik. Endre tittel, beskrivelse, ansvarlig mm.
- Last ned bilder.
- Offline-modus.

Offline-modus gjør det mulig å arbeide uten tilgang til nett.
Så lenge applikasjonen har nett-tilgang, lagres alle operasjoner på serveren og blir umiddelbart synlig for andre brukere på samme kunde.
Velg bygningen du ønsker å arbeide med mens du har nett-tilgang. Tilhørende oppgaver og avvik lastes ned. Du vil så kunne arbeide med disse selv om du beveger deg inn i et område uten dekning. Offline kan du utbedre avvik, utføre oppgaver, opprette nye oppgaver og avvik, samt opplasting av foto på avvik.
