Ecuafact - Factura Electronica

Con Ecuafact recibe todos tus comprobantes electrónicos del SRI de Ecuador en un mismo lugar sin necesidad de imprimirlos siguiendo 3 simples pasos:

1. Registrate para crear tu buzón Ecuafact

2. Reenvía tus facturas electrónicas conteniendo el archivo XML y PDF a tu buzón Ecuafact.

3. Listo, tus documentos ya se encuentran procesados para que los puedas administrar y categorizar por tipo de deducible.

Importante: Es necesario que reenvíes o recibas el archivo de factura electrónica con extensión .XML para poderlo procesar. Si el email que recibes en tu buzón Ecuafact no tiene archivos adjuntos o no contiene una factura electrónica válida podrás consultarlo en el listado de no procesados para que gestiones con tu proveedor el reenvío de la información correcta.


FUNCIONALIDADES:

• Recibe tus comprobantes electrónicos, entregando o reenviando tus facturas a tu correo Ecuafact que será tu cedula@ecuafact.com (ejemplo: si tu cédula es 0934527295 tu buzón será: 0934527295@ecuafact.com).

• Recibe notificaciones cuando te llegue una factura a la aplicación.

• Consulta tu lista de documentos recibidos

• Consulta tu lista de documentos no procesados (Debido a que falta adjuntar el XML de la factura o el documento no es válido o se trata de una notificación)

• Categoriza y filtra tus facturas por tipo de deducible

• Reporte de tipo de Gastos.

• Administra y filtra tus documentos por rangos de fechas, tipo de documento y tipo de deducible

• Observa el detalle de tu documento electrónico.

• Visualiza el PDF y XML de cualquier documento electrónico.

• Reenvía a otro correo cualquier documento electrónico de tu lista.
