I was charged $5 just to request a cab. After sitting for an hour with no cab i finally called a friend for a ride. When i cancelled the cab the app informed me that there is a $5 cancellation fee. This was because a cab was located in my area however it was never dispatched. Only use this if you have money to give away with no hopes of any services in return
