The elegant interface delivers the info you need to know without the clutter of anything unnecessary. I can't believe the number of cretins driving this app's rating down with 1-star reviews because it doesn't root their device(s). They're lucky it can't...they'd have bricked them by now. ;-)

Very simple and works perfectly.ATTENTION: this app doesn't root your phone! If you think getting an app from android market can root your phone, it's probably best that you don't have your phone rooted. But, it's not fair to leave bad ratings.

This app works quite well. I have been following the GitHub repo. In order to use this in my app simply to check root, do I need to disclose source? Silly but couldn't find a way to reach you.
