I use this often and it has provided me with exactly what it claims. Excellent work.

Pretty simple app for recording. I like the 1x1 widget for quick background recording. It made my old Nexus 6P laggy, but doesn't seem to do that from my first impressions on my S8. The option to disable GPS during recording seems to have disappeared, which is disappointing as it helped save battery. Also while playing back you can't view the video full screen (I think the hide road button is supposed to allow this, but it doesnt work).

Couldn't get it to work at first, but after contacting Pawel (the developer) he helped me with the settings and is now working fine. If you have a 3rd party task killer or haven't made the app and camera an exception on the built in android task killer, then it stops road recorder from working properly.

Records video great. I like that I can change the orientation and location of the recorded video. Any way recording brightness control can be added? Play back between video and map seems sync'd up pretty well. Can't pause the video recording. Recording must be stopped then restarted which creates a new file each time. Developer did contact me about it, and apparently it's an Android limitation. Forgot to mention that there's a cool feature to export to GPX!

Absolute crap. Can not depend on it. Last inquiry i made the tech blamed me and my settings then stopped replying to my emails. Dont waste your money on this garbage. If anyone can suggest a dash cam app that actually works it would be appreciated.

Work great with internal storge saving and gps off. When i choose external storge saving, it will conflict with original camera app and your app not work (it was stuck) and original camera app was stuck too. And with gps require before record mode, it works but not stable: after 10 second, gps signal is blinking between "gps signal ok - searching gps signal". Hope you improve more. My device is S7 Edge original Rom.

When it works it is a great app. So far I've had 7 crashes in one week performing normal operations. It could be just changing a setting or starting/stopping the app and it crashes.

If you ever have to rely on something do not buy this application for me on both of my devices which of the Samsung S3 and a ZTE zMAX Pro, both devices should corrupt video files and these files are literally nowhere to be found and they all show up as corrupt you are so much better off just using your regular camcorder application or better yet getting a actual real dash cam

Bought the pro version, disappointed with the poor synchronisation between the recording & GPS location and speed. Needs resolving. Also squeezes images wider than they are.

I purchased the Pro edition a about 30 minutes ago. I cannot find a way to invert the camera, I see someone else with a Nexus 5X has this issue too (the rotate feature in preferences doesn't help). I may have to refund it unless a solution is provided within the 2 hour time limit for refunds. So far it seems like a cool app, just need the video to show up correctly.

I contacted the Dev and informed him that I could not save to SD card. He did everything he could to help me, and told me that the problem will be resolved in the next update. I would definitely recommend this app to other people, not because of the app(haven't had a chance to use it yet), but because the developer actually takes the time to help.

Although it's well laid out and easy to use...it's lack of reliability only garners it a 2 star. If you're just using it for fun then no big deal. But if, like me you're a commercial driver who depends on this for protection then keep looking. Half the videos are saved as "damaged file" and won't play. I just can't depend on the video to be there in the event of an occurrence. A shame considering I like the app.

Maybe I am missing the option but I need this big time. I could not browse past internal storage. Update: I reinstalled the app. It is now showing the option to save on the SD. I think the app was stored on the SD card previously. Maybe that was the issue. All is working well now.

This is the BEST dash cam app I've used on android. I've tried them all too. Well worth the price. THE ONLY features a guy could ask for is ability to choose a specific external SD folder, OBDII implementation, and the ability to have the speed/location burned into the video (android limitation?). However with the subtitles export capability this is less of an issue. If you've tried other dash cam apps and they left you wanting more, BUY THIS APP. Try the free version, then BUY IT.

Świetna aplikacja / very good app.

This app is fricking amazing does everything i need it to and more the pro version is well worth the 5 bucks. Coupled with box sync i now have a disposable dash cam that works great for old beat up phones.

It is work perfect. But I want to be able one more option: Start recording on system start up. At the menu I try 'Run every...5 min', but it doen't work. I hope to do it... :)

The picture starts scrolling like the old tvs would do if the vsync was off

Giving it 2 star, due to lack of few important functions that DVR should have. such as - 1. IMPORTANT FUNCTION - Autosave video in case of crash or harsh breaking nearly all DVR in apk store have that option, can easily be done via GPS speed reduced over distance traveled or time miliseconds. 2.Minimize app in Record mode (video can be seen live) as if minimized and come back to it by clicking app icon it stops recording! as in BG record live recording video can't be seen. 3. Maybe option such as Autostart record ( live video )when app opens so it can be set with Startup manager app on boot up oropening app and recording begins. Hope to see this in next update. Will rate 5* if this suggestions can be implemented.

Mr pawel does this app use alot internet allowance?

It has some of the basic features I would expect from a paid application. But things like light sensitivity, video stabilization, cloud support and auto start are not there. In fact, I would say this "paid" application is woefully inadequate.

Love it! Best webcam app to date, and I've tried them all. The sexier (ie. more eye candy) CaroO is a close contender, but doesn't offer Google Earth nor PC support, isn't as simple to use (simplicity is important for use in a car) and pro version is much pricier. Adding external webcam support with quick change button for selection between internal and USB cameras would make this a killer app. Running Android 4.4 on HTC Droid DNA and Logitech HD C510 webcam with OTG connection (though not supported by this app). Thanks for this wonderfully useful app.

Cant record in potrait mode and when try to record in potrait mode it makes my phone keeps on vibrating, not recording and lags
