You open an account and verify, all goes well till you put money into it and then they block you and ask for reasons for using the account. After you reply, they never reply. All you money is GONE. Please don't use this app. Thieves

While trying to activate the Card received from leupay, SMS Verifikation code is not coming to my phone. Also Customer service responses are very very slow... Slowest i have ever Seen any Customer service... If i write an emai now i will get reply after 2-3days. Need to improve. Also please show proofs of your security, and testimonials of happy customers.s.

After signing up with this company it ask you to verify your debit card and exhibited new place for the amount of $2.26 and it says once the card is verified and we can put a security code then we would receive the 2 dollars and 26 back to our account. when in fact after they debited my card they sent me an email saying that they block my account and that there's fraudulent use of the account when the only transaction i had was them debiting my debit card to verify my card to pay them $2.26.

Decent application but no airtime purchase or utility option. Also you have to load money (10 euros) and order for a card to become verified or be a standard user. I wish there was a virtual card option and local bank deposit option. Overall it's a must have account/app. Very useful for travellers.
