Map of Italy for Android
Great map of Italy. Choose and download any province in detail, just pick from the menu. Then explore the maps on or offline
Works well offline. Rescued me many times when I got lost.
Still haven't used this overseas, but so far it works well and easy to use
Very good applicati on, So far is working properly.
just testing but so far great
Great if you need an offline map
Very handy and informative. Love it.
Cool
Installed for a trip to Italy. Navigation while walking was fantastic allowing us to find what we were looking for and a few gems we would have missed. I would highly recommend spending a few hours playing with the app prior to your trip. I learnt it on the fly (was fairly easy for an old guy) but wished I had spent a little time in advance. Well worth it A++
Best offline maps Whenever I travel I look for Mapedy maps. They give you comprehensive information and all is offline. Be aware when driving, it happen in some interchanges that the directions where wrong due to delay processing the GPS signals or other bug. Bravo to the author.
It was useful as a supplement to our gps. Make sure you download all of the area maps you will be traveling in for use off-line. The locator spot worked most of the time in Rome but was slow to react sometimes.
Used it extensively in Italy with rented car and off-line maps on transits. Not good for inner city walking. Tight packed streets are too much for the app.
Complete map of Italy including thousands of points of interest from supermarkets, petrol stations etc to historical features. Works well with GPS on my Hudl.
I've tried to figure this out but I some parts of the app, map isn't there and in others it says data is incorrect. Leaving tomorrow, no more time wasted on this app
This saved us while driving & getting lost in Siena and Florence. So very glad I had it, the GPS location indicator was wonderful.
Scalable map that includes directions and is clearly laid out. Easy navigation too
Made my jorney from Ragusa to Palermo very easy. Offline maps are just great.

Well what can I say made my trip in Rome a sublime and easy hassle free journey, I'd give it 5 stars more if I could!!
There's all kinds of amazing stuff online to help you get around, but when connectivity is poor this app with its downloadable offline maps which you can zoom and follow with GPS, was as good as having a library of paper maps in your back pocket. Got us out of lots of sticky situations, thanks!
Almost perfect app, it could be more intuitive and have a more friendly interface. I would recommend anyway.
Loox like someone wanted to help tourists thrown into dispair by Italian road signs giving directions. Thank u it worked well.
Amazing app saved us to pay for tom-tom.
Have used it on two trips to Rome. Great app,
In my Xiaomi mi 4 this app works very slow, navigation is difficult, map's become visible after 5-10 sec or longer.
Used it throughout the whole country! A lifesaver for those without a European data plan!
I didn't try yet. .hope it will work. .
Not had the chance to use it yet but it looks good and about right.
It's full of resource but a bit confusing. Should be more simple to use. How about learning the Gg map engine?
Great app. Just what I needed while touring Italy!
In Calabria, the street of my destination, among others in the city I was in, was not on the map. There was a highway listed as complete while construction of the road is still underway. Did like the offline maps, useful with limited data while traveling. Do not like how you input street addresses in order to map them.
Don't even know how it works
Works as advertised. Always had position. Even the smallest roads corresponded to our location. Worked in cities and country side. Slight lag of data access when scrolling around map, but never an issue. Made navigation around Italy very easy. Never had to resort to backup paper maps.
Will try it out.
Very very good prohram. Very help in Italy
This is an amazingly detailed product. I can't wait to use it in Italy over the next two weeks!
Offline map detail is very good. Got un-lost a couple times in walled city paths.
Just downloaded and it seems like this is going ping to be great.
Great little app, does what it is supposed to do.

Used this last year when walking in Italy, usually finding what I wanted to do by pure chance. Now planning our next holiday and trying unsucessfully to depict bus and train stops on the screen. But there seem to be at least six different depictions of footpaths - black, brown, red, pecked or dotted lines. What is the difference? Are they all actually paths or something else? How can anyone tell without a legend?
