Biz Loan Appraiser assists loan officers of banks and microfinance institutions (MFIs) in efficiently and effectively appraising a loan applicant’s creditworthiness. The App merges best-practice lending to small entrepreneurs with the latest technological possibilities; it has intuitive menus and data-entry fields, GPS-based functions to measure land holdings and identify clients’ locations, and the ability to capture photos as evidence supporting the collected data. It also contains a highly user-friendly loan design feature which allows to structure loans based on a ‘best estimate’ of a client’s repayment capacity.

Biz Loan Appraiser produces a state-of-the-art credit report in PDF format to support efficient and qualitative loan sanctioning. The PDF report includes the loan budget, balance sheet, income statement, analytics, GPS-based locations and land measurements, photo’s of business activities, and collateral details.

This turnkey solution runs stand-alone, but can also be interfaced with most core banking systems. A secure web-based Administration Tool allows the bank’s administrator to purchase and assign licenses, configure loan terms and conditions and define variables such as currency and interest rates.
