L'application "Proximité" est connectée à Intent Platform, la première plateforme de services du bâtiment.
Intent Platform connecte l'ensemble des acteurs, services et équipements du bâtiment pour optimiser l'exploitation, les process métier et développer de nouveaux services à l'habitant.

Eau, énergie, maintien à domicile, traçabilité, entretien et maintenance, multi-service, vmc, ascenseur, coaching énergétique.
