At first I was quite happy. Then started using it and got lost with technical issues concerning device and email login. Honestly I barely find any clues to get it right while the FAQs can't help much. Please if you could spare some responsive customer care, it would be a bit better.

I have searched everywhere for a basic attendance app that would make it easy for the users to use without intensive training or outrageous costs. Mobile attendance is that app! It is simple to print off QR codes for each employee and the time stamp information is perfect for my purposes. The tablet station that I use is convenient, wireless, and automatically posts it to a workable spreadsheet. However, the best feature of this app is primarily the support. Any and all concerns and questions are addressed quickly.

I have discovered this app 4-5 months back and tried to contact the developers through various modes but I have never rcvd a reply. Till date they have not replied on phone or on anything. We are using it for after school carpool. Every parent has a tag with a QR code and we scan them as the drive up. It has really improved our carpool efficiency.

It was working wonderfully and changed our carpool workflow for the better. Since 3/31/2016 it has not worked properly. We heard back once from the developer but now we no longer get an email response. We are terribly disappointed.
