This app used to be excellent now it requires access to unnecessary personal information to use it - that's appalling Skoda and a backward step. Go back to the older version for us Skoda owners with slightly older vehicles. 1/9/17 - Checked out this app again and am happy to report that it has now reverted back to the practically of the original but with a much more colourful interface & no log-in. Now highly recommended.

Another awesome app for skoda driver's.. but not for Australia... dont forget about us Skoda!!

Simply terrible

I could only get part way through the set up with the previous version. The new version looks better, but I can not select a calendar. There is a drop down calendar menu indicated- but it does not work. I still have little confidence in this app.

Since the update on 02/08/17, I am unable to open the app as it crashes every time I open the app and then stops responding

After update to "completely new design" the most important feature for me do not work. MANUAL do not open when selected. E.g. CAR DATA and QUICK TIPS do open (CONTROL LAMPS do not open either).

Great idea, not quite there with execution! Thinks it takes 10mins to walk to the car parked outside, and fails to recognise almost any address i want to go to. Useful having a manual to hand though.

What the point of you can't get past the welcome page. Is this app for British skoda owners?

Handy app. Would be nice if it showed information on available upgrades like upgrading to smartgate.

Seems to have found my 2011 Roomster from VIN but no obvious benefit or record of this. Main value is in being able to search manual and look at tips for vehicle. I assume I don't have Smartgate as no mention of it in manual, so Paul is still only feeling 66% at present - poor old Paul.

App goes to white screen when it opens. On the one time it didn't it wouldn't recognise the VIN even though it is correct. How are we supposed to use this garbage to see our service schedule. Bring back the physical logbooks! Test your app before releasing!!!!!!

Finally works with Superb and Smartgate! The Connection is stable like it should be. The only thing i miss is that the AndroidWear doesn't show the fuel capacity like shown on the Preview. Fix that and its 5 stars :) Thank you Skoda for listening!

This app seems to have changed. It now demands that you log in with a password (why??). Then it needs to be set up with car details. I gave up waiting for it to download my car manual. I am about to unintelligible the app, which is now useless.

It won't recognise the VIN number on my car. Neither does it allow you to look up your car manually which it needed to work.

App continues to report no data connection when I'm 100% sure there is on. App is useless without having a data connection as you can't set up your vehicle in app.

App no longer works after update. Just goes to a white screen every time on opening despite uninstalling and reinstalling several times.

My VIN keeps disappearing can't get past 66% setup

Really buggy tool with a mandatory registration to use. Disappointed VW can't do better.

After start of the application, there is only white screen and nothing happens.

Keeps telling me I've no internet connection... When I absolutely DO have one.

White screen garbage

I had the previous app - simple, easy to download and use. I got 2/3 through downloading this and gave up. A heavy duty 7 element password? I have to download another Skoda app before I can complete downloading this one? Ridiculous!

Not sure about some of the new features but it still immediately crashes when I am connected through Smartgate. Poor.

The old app was better. The new doesnt even recognize mi VIN code. Complete crap. I hope you listen the costumers.

None of the manuals work and the app says i have not set paul up because i do not have smartgate on my car.

bad update, doesn't recognise vin anymore

Was a nice simple app, now you have to register and then setup "Paul" and your dealer before everything is setup. I don't want "Paul"...and my dealer isn't listed...it's a Skoda dealer, why is it not listed???? So at the moment I'm only setup by 50% because of this "Paul"thing and my dealer isn't listed so it's not complete! I might just uninstalled it!!

It was simple before. It is now a nightmare. I cant complete the setup in australia and keeps losing my VIN number. Now only my sales centre is available and my service centre is not as it is a different place. Not happy Jan.:(:(:(

WTF have you done to this app? Instead of a nice simple way to look at a manual or find a dealer I am now supposed to go through a lengthy registration scheme. I already know what manual I need and I don't plan on using the dealer that I bought the car from again. I have removed this rubbish from my phone.

It's gone from a nice simple app to requiring full registration. Why has it become so complicated?
