[root] Triangle Away for Android
Needs to work for N910T. Loved it when I was using m919t. Hope it gets fixed. I also try to email the keys but it won't input the address to email but inputs my own email address to send to. I will be upgrading to Note 6 for t-mobile once its released. Hope it gets updated for note 6. Will gladly send note 4 keys and note 6 keys to get it working again. Developer is great with other apps but I think he/she is letting this specific app slide.
I don't know about the counter because o haven't gone to stock. The app thinks it has it reset but it also thinks it had my device reading official. It's too be expect as my device is not supported yet. The sooner you get to the new galaxy devices the better Mr Chainfire. Since the lollipop update is like the old days. We all have to root through recovery again.
It didn't work when I tried to press the button. 1. Download "SUPER SU" 2. Give it root access. 3. GO into options, scroll down until you see "FULL UNROOT" and then click it! I did it that way and it worked. Don't waste your money on this app.
Must shut down device, after selecting "Allow tracker to run" (no restart) in order for the Device status to change from 'custom' to 'official'. You may need to repeat the process, may take a couple of attempts. Great app, many thanks
This program writes in itself that system official, binary official and everything should be OK. BUT my Note2 itself shows status it is "changed" and does not allow me to update. My system itself is official(i have never changed it) and I replaced only bootloader and installed SuperSU.
This app has helped me keep warranty on all of my galaxy series phones over the years. Starting with my galaxy s2, then s3, and now s4. If you are on t-mobile s4 it may not work above 4.3. This is also unable to reset knox counter. If on tmobile s4 keep baseband 4.2 and flash 4.2 android for this to reset the flash count properly though. Has trouble while using 4.3 and 4.4 with stock kernels.
Worked perfectly on 4.4 but now, on 5.0.1 it doesn't work. Phone reboots and nothing happens, even after a manual reboot (with the 10 seconds waiting period). Waiting for an update... Samsung S4
i still get the "Device Modified" error when attempting to update firmware on my device. as this was really the only reason why i purchased the app, i cannot really give it a higher rating. all i can say is that while it didn't work for me, it MIGHT work on your device. tested on: Samsung Galaxy SIII (I9305T) with Android v4.1.1 (I9305XXALI5).
Message was Superuser access is needed, but could not be acquired. Are you rooted and did you give permission? Pressed ok then nothing have asked for a refund.
This did clear my triangle, didn't check the counter but I presume its 0 . However, it did screw my loader running CM11 which put me onto a boot screen halt. Was fine with a reflash via cwm , still no triangle :)
Had a rooted Sprint Galaxy S3 stuck on 4.1.2 with CMW Bootloader. Triangle Away worked fine, but I couldn't run the OTA update because of the custom bootloader. Found a different solution.
Christopher Schoaff doesn't know how to use it so he gives it a bad review. Ignore the noob. This app works perfectly.
Doesn't reset back to 0 or 1 just stays the same Please sort it out. android lollipop 5.0.1 is now out here in the UK for the I9505 galaxy s4 Lte...I paid for this and it don't work..
I'm on galaxy s4 i9505 wanam rom....fna5 baseband, stock. When it reboots in special mode....it says it resets...but does nothing....the flash counter remains the same....tried several times...it even made my phone unknown imei and baseband after 2 times or so....any chance of a solution? Btw...flashed rom again and got my baseband and imei back...but app still doing nothing.
This is the best app for reseting the flash counter. But with the GS4 4.4.4 it is not as great as the system remains custom saying flashed 30 with no change.
Well there goes $2.50. I tried running it on 3 different roms. The last one was a stock rooted OD2 rom on rooted Sprint Samsung Galaxy S4.
I bought and installed this app after reading this app would fix some unexpected shenanigans after rooting devices. Worked like a dream.
Outright why not list devices in description. Not supported: Moto Pure XT1575, Galaxy Note 5 e.t.c. i.t.d. itp . . . .
Tried to reset counter on SM-T805W LTE but device status says "scanning" and never changes. Using Triangle Away v.3.26. Originally used CF autoroot and wanted to restore to original state as tablet goes into shutdown mode intermittently. Too bad!
Paid for the full app on play. Didn't work on my I9505 on 5.0.1 nor on my new S6 edge. Kind of useless now

I've been trying for months to find a way to fix my screen mirror built in app. After root and I'mei change this is the only program that actually worked!!!!!!!! Bravo to the developer your a saint.

Add support for S3 Mini Value Edition 8200. I have uploaded the dump to the QA thread on XDA. Post 46. Thanks!
Note that you must unroot device in order to get firmware updates. If your phone still reads modified after this process be aware you must also check allow checker to run under system and reboot your phone.
Samsung note 10.1 (2014 Edition) SM-P600 XSA also does not work on Samsung tab S 8.4 t700

(unrooted and still had "custom" on tablet) After a factory reset all was back to "official".
I have 2 sammy devices. Both are rooted and at&t. You know what that means. Both I have managed to avoid ota. One is a cheapo smt217a tablet. It just got upgraded to kk. I didnt take it. But I had to accept a sammy upgrade. Thats when the custom screen came. All I did was run this app and it went away. I have also used it on my note 2. It worked on both,. Was worth every penny.
No work. Needs 4.4.4 support and 5.0 support. Will have to unroot to update :(
Good luck
Is great idea so I bought for supporting this developer I have rooted my Samsung note 10.1 2014 edition SM-P600 I hope I will never need to use this on event of tablet breaking but also have it just incase

never worked for my Samsung galaxy S3 SGH-T999, and now I have a Samsung Galaxy Note4 SM-N910 and has yet to support any Note4, I'm a big fan of devs apps I've purchased all of them INCLUDING donations.
Tried this to reset flash counter but download screen shows that its not reset. Using stock lollipop upgrade. Please help.

Restored a few of my old Galaxy Tab 2 tablets to complete stock setups to sell them. Triangle Away cleaned up when I was done. Now, of course, an old Tab 2 wouldn't be under warranty anyway, but I know it's possible it might bother the next owner that there was a count. No harm was ever done to the tablets. There's no reason for anyone in the future to be alarmed by Samsung's counter showing evidence of past root access. It's just as good as before root existed. Thanks Chainfire!
