Met de ALERT-Werkbon32 App, oftewel de digitale werkbon, kunnen onderhoudsbedrijven en woningcorporaties het onderhoudswerk via de tablet efficiënt plannen, uitvoeren en factureren.

De ALERT-Werkbon32 App is geïntegreerd met ALERT, het ERP-systeem van Centric. Opdrachten uit het ERP-pakket zijn direct zichtbaar op de tablet van de onderhoudsmedewerker op locatie. Nieuwe spoedmeldingen worden gesignaleerd door een extra melding. Vanuit de takenlijst kan de onderhoudsmedewerker een opdracht weigeren of in behandeling nemen.
