Met de ALERT-CRM32 app kunnen alle relaties en bijbehorende contacten uit ALERT opgevraagd worden. Van de relatie en diens contacten zijn alle communicatiegegevens zoals telefoonnummer, e-mailadres en website zichtbaar. Daarmee kan de bel-, sms- of Whatsapp-functie van de smartphone geactiveerd worden.
Per relatie zijn alle trajecten, offertes en acties op te vragen. Een gebruiker kan ook de eigen actielijst met alle openstaande acties opvragen en deze afmelden. Daarbij worden automatisch vervolgacties aangemaakt indien dit in ALERT is ingesteld bij het opgegeven resultaat. The ALERT-CRM32 app, all relationships and related contacts ALERT be requested.
