Information concerning your rights on holidays and how to claim them in the language of your holiday country is provided by the App of the European Consumer Center (ECC-Net), namely in 23 official languages of the European Union as well as Norwegian and Icelandic.
In case your situation is not covered completely by this App you may also contact your European Consumer Center (ECC) directly. We exist in all EU Member States plus Norway and Iceland.

Most topics very superficial and sometimes erroneous. Would prefer a pdf text. For flight problems a claiming company is much better.

It begins from phrase "choose your home country". So,I did it and...nothing. IMO,it's simply another crap service "given" by EU authorities thanks to world's highest taxes paid by its habitants.

The app has good information's but it doesn't comply to the android design pattern. The back button is not working since it completely exist the app instead of going one view back. The developers shouldn't use iOS design guidelines when developing for androis
