UK Bus Times Live: Bus Scout

Really good, correct like 90% of the time, has been out a couple of times but definitely worth getting. UPDATE - HAD APP SINCE 2013, LATELY CANNOT USE AS SAYS NO DATA, THIS IS INCORRECT. SETTINGS ARE FINE AND ALL OTHER APPS CAN USE DATA FINE. I PAY THE ANNUAL.FEE SO EXPECT BETTER

Been using the app for very long time now. Downloaded it for my tablet at home for my wife under my account, it asked to renew my subscription and so I did but now the phone app is asking the same? Do you really have to buy a subscription for every single device? That's a bit disappointing and ridiculous, what if I'd change my phone? Updating this now as creators don't give a fudge towards comments, careful what you buy the subscription for.. Correcting this as issue solved with later application update

I've been using this app for a couple of years, happy to pay the modest charge to get full access and it's always worked fine, but now suddenly won't work at all, keeps saying I have no connection but my wifi is working fine and I have no problem with any other app. Don't know what's gone wrong.

Good app until it started telling me it can't get a data connection despite there clearly being wifi or 4G available. Have tried reinstalling the app and now I have lost my favourite stops and can't add them again because it claims there is no data connection!!!!

I bought a sub to 12 months departure boards, but it often refuses to show me an out of London board, says sub needed. Checked purchase history and sub still active. Lets you down when you most need it, stranded in the middle of the countryside!

But now not so much. I tend to use an app thoroughly before I give any review simply because work ethics change. I've not had any notifications for an update in months. My route home hasn't changed but the buses have for the past 5 months but it has not been altered or even changed in this app in all that time and I'm not sure why. I'm patient and I do realise that life takes preference over an app but is this in place to aid us or mess with us?.....One more week I think then I'm uninstalling

Had this app now for a few years. Started with the free one then paid subscription. Up to now it's been the best app on my phone, HTC ONE M8 android. Unfortunately, the last week it's been unusable as for some reason it keeps informing me that no data connection is available please check settings. Nothing wrong, as far as I can see, with my data connections. All my other apps work OK. Very disappointing as I use this app every day. Help please!!!!!

As of 2 Feb 17, stopped working after years of excellent service on my Samsung Note 4. Constantly gives a data unavailable error when trying to download bus schedules. It then gives you an option to correct data settings which are shown as being correctly set. Get it fixed as it's useless at the minute.

Stopped working on my 7.0 V20 phone. It won't down load any bus stops... I've paid ... Even written to the people via help... And it bounced back saying address not found. Sad...

Used to be my favourite app.... ever! Ive paid for my subscriptions and used it on a daily basis. Now just refuses to work at all, telling me I have "No Connection" when I clearly do. Doesn't work on mobile data or wifi

I have had this app for a few years and found it very useful. However, I am currently unable to use it as It tells me there is no data connection and to check settings. All my other apps are working fine. I have emailed twice but had no reply. I am paying a yearly subscription yet for 2 days I have been unable to use it. I am unhappy that nobody has replied to me. If it cannot be fixed please refund me. UPDATE: IT APPEARS THAT THE ISSUE IS FIXED NOW MONDAY 6/2/17 AFTER 3 DAYS OF NOT WORKING. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, LACK OF ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND ZERO COURTESY TO REPLY EITHER TO MY DIRECT EMAILS OR ON HERE!!

Was great until it stopped working just after I paid for another years worth. Sent 2 emails regarding the problem. No reply. Very disappointed.

This used to be a great app but has got increasing unreliable. Wrong timetables often shown and no realtime information. Tried to send Feedback about this in the app but it says there is no data connection which is nonsense. I wonder whether the developer is losing interest in the app. Also when I alter the star rating from 5 to 2 it keeps changing it back to 5.

This App has had "no data connection" for over a week. The developer has not responded to my emails, I have sent 3. Plus purchasing the top service in the App. Be aware.

Still the best public travel app. My only gripe is that it could do with a UI update.

I have found this app to be very useful being as i have to rely on buses to get about however i can't seem to connect it keeps telling me no data connection could be established when i know im connected to 4g and home wifi ? tried clearing cache but no joy is there something wrong with the app ?

App keeps reporting no data connection, even though the data connection is absolutely fine with all other apps? App used to work fine but useless now!

What's happening keeps saying no connection when all other apps are successfully using WiFi and mobile data connections. I have reinstalled but still not working.

For the last couple of days ot is not working at all. Just says no fata connection! Whats the point in purchasing it when it doesn't work at all

Doesn't work anymore, complains there's no connection when trying to get travel data despite using working wifi for traffic/map data. Subscription has expired now, will not resubscribe until fixed.

As of today it no longer functions. Clock stuck at 00:00 and no departures listed. I pay to use this app so a quick fix would be appreciated.

It was great and I used it all the time but now it won't connect on mobile data or wifi so is no good to me. Perhaps if they fix this I'll reuse it.

Good app in the past but now will not download stops just shows No Data Connection, even though I'm connected to WiFi.

App no longer working on my android tablet or my wife's IPhone app, both reporting that there is no connection - even when they are right next to router. UPDATE - it is now working again!!!!

support this app, it has useful widgets for favourite stops or journeys, I find the UI more pleasing than other apps. If info is wrong, tell traveline as they're the ones providing the data. This app has served me well for years.

Unfortunately has not kept up with relocation of bus stops in Leicester city centre. St Nicholas Circle has been closed to buses for well over a year but the app has not been updated for this. Being disabled, this is inconvenient.

Used to love this app now they want to charge you and the timings are out. Have used this for a few years now but will have to find something else now as this is unreliable. Pity!

I always take trains everywhere and rarely get buses but this app has made getting a bus so easy. Ventured into the unknown and fairly easily found the right bus stop to use. :)

I often have to use public transport in an unfamiliar part of the country; this app is great for providing the information needed. Strongly recommend the full subscription, it's only just over a penny a day.

had it a year now when it was all free - but i am now happy to pay the small annual fee - great to see the app owner actually respond to comments - well done - i live in the rural west country so a reliable bus time app is great - hope its worth the fee.

Probably the best public transport app. Well integrated with google maps. Just renewed my subs for the 3rd year. I work in the rail industry. This is my go to app for buses and TRAINS.

Last few weeks it's takes about 10 minutes and multiple checks to get it to show any buses. Today it won't work at all

This app is crap I have wasted my money ,don't do the same ,not worth the money just awful removing it NOW .

For example, today, bus A was 15min late at Histon-Impington, but the "live time" showed it was due in 2 min the entire wait. I know this is a bug in the positioning hardware, not the app. But "live times" should be FREE until it actually IS live.

I hav been looking for ages to find a half decent bus app. This Is way better than any other app and I would say is one of the best bus apps on the market.

I use this app daily for bus times. The map is easy to navigate around with well placed markers. The price i believe to be very reasonable for a years worth of use. Would recommend!
