De Berko app is een eigentijds en handig hulpmiddel waarmee geïnteresseerden en relaties van Berko nieuws, contactpersonen en contactinformatie altijd up-to-date in de broekzak hebben. De volgende functionaliteiten zijn verwerkt in versie 1.0 van de app:

* Berko werkt op basis van een Rayon indeling, elk Rayon heeft eigen contactpersonen. De app herkent uw rayon op basis van uw postcode zodat u de relevante contactpersonen voor u regio treft in de app.

* In het nieuwsblad vindt u nieuwberichten over de dienstverlening van Berko.

* Met het 24 uurs storingnummer kunt u 24/7 contact opnemen in geval van storingen aan uw installatie.

* Onder contactpersonen vindt u de relevantie contactpersonen voor uw regio, u heeft de mogelijkheid ze rechtstreeks te bellen, mailen of sms'en. Eenvoudig voegt u de contacten ook toe aan uw adresboek.

* Tot slot heeft u de mogelijkheid om een foto te maken en rechtstreeks aan uw contactpersoon binnen Berko te sturen. Dit kan gaan om een type nummer van uw installatie maar ook om foto's van artikelen, onderdelen en anderzijds waar uw vragen over heeft. The Berko app is a contemporary and convenient tool that interested and relations of Berko news, contacts and contact information are always up-to-date in the pocket. The following functions are included in version 1.0 of the app:

* Berko works based on a classification Rayon, Rayon each has its own contacts. The app recognizes your rayon based on your zip code so you can find relevant contacts for the region in the app.
