Fu così che, un gruppo di amici, diede vita all'evento Cassino Birra, un Evento di varietà locale e non.

Sono tanti gli artisti che prendono parte alla kermesse, dal 1990 è l'evento più atteso in città, ma non solo Cassino, attendono ed arrivano da molto lontano proprio per assistere alle lunghe serate di divertimento.
