This world countries quiz generates random questions about different countries. The game questions cover wide range of topics in geography, economy and demographics about all countries of the world. All data is based on The CIA World Factbook. You can select whole world or a particular region. Countries are divided into 6 regions: Africa, Asia, the Americas, Europe, Australia & Oceania, World.
Three difficulty levels are available in the game. Types of questions generated depend on selected level. Harder levels generate more challenging questions.
Two play modes are available. In normal mode, you get 10 questions and 10 seconds per question. Score is equal to the number of seconds left before the timer runs out. Harder levels give more points per second.
In learning mode, there is no timer, number of questions is unlimited and explanation of question terms is available.

The quiz was developed by a team of students from Institute of Informatics, Tallinn University.
