It seems fishy. You have in your documentation both paypal and pathfinder as a payment method, but when it's actually time for payment you only accept bank account numbers iban, which is weird and extremely suspicious!!!

I already filed a claim through the site, and am waiting for the result, now that I downloaded the app, I would expect to be able to log in and check the status of my claim, submit docs and such, I hope they will deliver.

In theory offers a good value proposition, however the execution is terrible. Customer service is non-responsive and appears to be handled by law students on mturk jobs. No updates/proof is provided about any pending court cases against the airline. And AirHelp's TOC prevents you from pursuing your claim yourself, which leaves any open claims in limbo for over half a year at the mercy of AirHelp. Avoid AirHelp and contact the airline directly for any compensation claims, quoting EU Directive 261/2004 in your email.

Allows to submit some claim info but may still have to go back and forth by email. Can't add other travelers (spouse, children). Can't check claim status/get alerts so not as useful as it could be. Buggy interface (on an older version I tried)

This app may be useful in the EU, but in the US, it will not help you. If you get through the steps to file a claim, when you try to submit your claim you will get a notice that they can only help with overbooked flights. The app does not find my departure airport or my destination airport (a major US destination), so I can't even use the app to initiate a claim. Their website finds more airports, but it doesn't matter. I messaged tech support two nights ago and never got an answer. Don't waste your time.

Sad thing .. After I but my departure city an arrival city .. The app told me my route is not covered .. I don't know why the developer didn't mention that. The conclusion don't download it
