Very good and easy to use, I rarely look at the book now the app is far easier and convenient.

In general this app gets better. BUT who on earth thought it was a good idea that the latest version deletes all previous favourite campsite. Absolutely crazy

Great app, I hardly ever use the book now, BUT why delete all favorites when it's updated every year, sloppy coding.

Great app would have been 4 but my favourites should sink to all devices. Now they are gone????

Date filter not working. It did on last year's version

ACSI is a good guide for saving on out of main season camping. Only 4 stars as it is let down by not updating users reviews of sites for example I submitted 7 reviews back in June/July this year which they have not uploaded although they say they have them & will upload. Basic info is also basic in some instances the address is not that acturate, some info like forms of payment terms say they take cards for payment but when leaving to pay and will only accept cash so be aware. But the bottom line is its worth putting up with to save on camp site fee's which is what it is all about.

Feels a bit like an old app. May have a lot of information but I can find it easier and more quickly using the ACSI book. Uninstalling!

When I use this app on my iPad it throws me out after a few minutes every time I use it and I have to log back in. Very frustrating!

Have used this app for past 3 years touring in Europe in low season and find it excellent. It is simple to use and gives a lot of information on each site. I cannot fault it.

I feel as though I have been conned the directory gives you in excess of 250 site, the app about 120 relevant to Spain. Extremely disillusioned.

Excellent app for quickly finding a site and it's reviews. Great tgat it uses you gps to let you know how far away from the site you are

Terrible app. Tried on 2 Android phones and 3 Android tablets. Locks up my devices when trying to access the menus. Not worth downloading. Will stick to the books in future.

What a waste of time! Download the app, nothing! Open an account, still nothing. I only want to see if there are any sites in the area of France that I want to visit, and if it is worthwhile having an ACSI membership. Pointless app. Deleted!!

Have been a member of ACSI for a few years now and this app compliments the books. Great!

This is the easiest way to plan a camping expedition though Europe

Should be a must have for anyone using campsites but it fails to reach the standard required. Rather buggy and unstable and quite crudely put together. When you update the maps you may find that the filter stops working. The journey planner is pretty basic. At the expiry of the licence a message appears but no link to renew. Could be so much more useful.

I've been campervan roaming round Europe for over 40 years and this helps more than most purchases.

This app is an excellent complement to the paper directories and well worth the small additional cost.

We have ACSI for a few years to basically find campsites in France using the book which was ok but tedious when traveling so then came the DVD which was much easier to locate places on the move but no way of upgrading/updating. Then along came this CC APP that installed on the phone and with GPS was FABULOUS. However, using on a small screen was an irritation. Now we have Eurocampings eu that fits all our devices with a better map but does not offer the discount rates or season times. So we have a confusion of all three methods to find all the information instead of combining everything in one APP for simplicity. It makes no sense on price or compatibility since we can select the countries we go to the EU app so why not put everything on the Eurocampings eu - we can even fit a GPS to our laptop on this for position on the move with a big screen and use the phone App for other things if we want. When we call to ask questions the agents don't understand what we are talking about.

Downloaded the app but cannot sign, a disaster

Don't take your motorhome or caravan to Europe without this app and a satnav - that's all you need! Also great for route planning. Oh dear. App just stopped working. Error message says "object reference not set to an instance". Uninstalled and reinstalled but problem not cured- HELP

I had a query as to how the 'app' worked and the response I received was accurate and extremely fast

Hello i just downloaded this app and i have never used it before. I enter my email address and a password and it tells me that it is invalid. It will not let me pass the log in page. I would like to use as my family and i are planning on doing alberta camping this year. Can i get some help pls.

Can only enter my email address and a password, but I dont have one yet and can't find a way to sign up?

Great app far better than the book! Loads more of info
