Promark VR

My drone is nice but I have to return it. The app will not allow you to share your videos, my only option is to delete. After 4 attempts to contact promark they still have not responded and this is now in the hands-of the better business bureau

Well the app works great on a metro phone my father-in-law uses but when I try to connect to the wifi of the drone my Google pixel won't stay connected. Hoping my old LG G3 is gonna work. Other than the pixel not connecting it's a pretty cool app.

Does not work with Google Pixel. Waited for app update before reviewing. Latest update Sept 2017 and still doesn't work with Google Pixel. Can't fly my Warrior with FPV! Unhappy customer!

App seemed to work ok. Promark VR DRONE is JUNK. FLEW AWAY first flight......would not respond to the RC! DO NOT BUY PROMARK DRONES!!!!!!!!!!!!

This app is useless. I can not see flight action from the camera, and I just bought it from Wal-Mart (10/14/17).

I can only delete my video or photos from the app I have no option to save them.

First off, I absolutely love this drone. Flying it is loads of fun. Unfortunately my Google Pixel cannot maintain a connection to the drone's wifi as it continually disconnects and reconnects. I am able to get a stable connection using my wife's galaxy s4 but even then the video seems really choppy even when only around 40 feet away AND the videos/pictures are all upside down! Please fix this so I can both use my own phone and enjoy reasonable video/picture quality.

The Promark PR70 Drone does not have a SD Card slot. Camera video is streamed and recorded on smartphone using the Promark VR App. I have a Motorola Droid Turbo 2 smartphone. The current Promark VR App has an issue connecting via Wifi to my smartphone. My phone connects and then disconnects. Drone flies great and is fun, but no video operation is very disappointing.

Can control the drone with it but the screen has a constant circle in the middle like it's still trying to load. It will connect to wifi but I can't get any picture or video to work at all. I tried 2 different cell phones and same thing. Finally tried wife's iphone 7 and that app works fine. Please fix android app.

The drone is really fun to fly but with my galaxy s5 I can't view the pictures from the app. Every time I click on a picture to view it the app closes the videos work fine but the pictures close the app on me if this is fixed I would have no complaints about the drone other than the charging time being so long for 12 minutes of flight time

It saves video to the app but won't move them to the gallery. So the app and videos are useless. I can't share them. I can't do anything with them. Love the drone. Hate the app. Hate the customer service which is non-existing! If they went out of business tomorrow no one would miss them. Their app is a joke.

Connected to WiFi, sends signal out. But camera/WiFi doesn't return signal to phone(Motorola matrix HD 4.1.1). App closes & goes right back to phone. Called support several times, but no answer or return call. Flies well and it's a fun stress relief. But no camera, adds stress

App does not connect to drone if running marshmallow. Phone connects to Wi-Fi on drone, and the app just sits there with the busy icon spinning around. ***will not work with newer android OS. My old smart phones are connecting. My newer ZTE will not. Please update for marshmallow OS. I will update review as improvements are made.

Can not connect to camera feel like I waisted money buying an over priced quad copter. Tried 3 different phones so far. Htc A9 Droid turbo 2 Moto atrix HD None could make connections

Workaround for not being able to save video - use a different computer to access the internal memory of your phone, then go to the "Promark VR" folder, and you will see some files with the suffix .h264. Copy them to your computer and rename them to .mp4. Then they will be visible using a video player. I haven't used other features yet, as my main interest was taking pictures and videos (checking condition of antennas and tower, and plan to use this in the field for low-altitude aerial photography and inspection).

This thing is great to fly but no wifi video, or still pics. Tried several different Samsung s5,s6,s7, none will work with Promark App. Can connect to drone via wifi but see nothing on app but spinning circle. DONT BUY THIS DRONE. You can find cheaper ones to just fly around the idea was to be able to photograph or video. Also there is NO customer service phone number AND you cannot type your information to the customer service page

The drone itself is great but this app is terrible. Using it on a Samsung note 5 and the fpv works fine but none of the controls work, they cause the drone to crash, and the videos and pictures don't show up outside of the app, they save fine to my gallery but when I try to view them, they're blank and freeze up. Fix this app and I'll consider a better review.

Have android phone connected to the promark drone but this app will not connect. Giving 1 star till issue is resolved. I don't even want to try and fly yet till this issue is resolved

I have noticed that this app won't save videos into my Samsung Galaxy Note 5 smartphone and it is all blanked in my album. There must be something wrong with this app. Plus, control from a remote needs to be improved due to winds.

Just bought my promark vr drone thursday night. Started flying it, then I downloaded the app so I could use my phone for vr/fpv. Well it doesn't work! When I hit play on the app the screen goes black then shuts off. PlEASE fix this or explain to me how I can get it to work.

Does not work for new os so app is and camera is completely useless 10/10 would buy from a different company. They can't even update their terrible app just keeps searching and searching for internet connection

This app is a massive P.O.S. these guys ruined a good product with there crap app and crap support, no updates, no response, no contact number, no standards, no accountability. If you bought one bring it back and make em eat it, hopefully they go out of business and learn a lesson in customer support and satisfaction

Today was the first day my son used his drone. We cant find it. It was connect to my phone but the app not working so we cant see where it is

App does not work keeps disconnecting then reconnecting I have not been able to try a different phone I have A turbo 2 and yes all instructions where followed still doesn't I am disappointed I wish I would have read all the reviews before purchase. Yes a couple bad reviews never discouraged me from a purchase but here all the same complaint and Alot have rated well because it is a good drone itself

I have a promark drone this app does not work for me. I have had great success with wifi ufo. Only thing the camera button on remote want take pic or video but camera button on phone(in the app) will

Would rate 5 but sometimes takes a little bit to start up. Don't understand the bad reviews. Does what it says it would do. I have an s5, by the way.

Kept thinking it was the drone until I read these reviews. Same as a lot of others, will not show videos/pictures. I really need this to work. Seems to be an issue with the updated Android OS, as I was successful with an older version.

Looks like I'm having similar problems as everyone else kinda funny got this drone about a month ago and I've had some good flights. It would save vedio on my droid turbo with lollipop but would not play them. SD card would work on laptop but no audio. I upgraded to marshmallow on my phone now my saved videos on my phone work and play normally but the app no longer will stay connected to wifi continues to disconnect and say connected no internet I think I've pretty much tried everything to force a connection but the app just continues to hang there trying to fire up. All in all fun machine but I wish they could get all this sorted out.

Will not work on Motorola Droid Maxx 2. Version #6.0.1. App opens but just sits there and spins forever. Please update as I love to utilize the app with my drone. WiFi connects and then disconnects every time.

Turn drone on, got the wifi to show went to connect, in connected but then shows no connections and app doesn't respond... Help? Looks like I'll be returning the drone

I have a n issue with not being able to share or save photos but other than that it's ok. For all you fellow pixel owners I forgot the exact numbers but you have to change the wifi IP address and gate way number then it will connect. The numbers re on there website site

This app does not work at all!! I see that many others have had issues too, however I found another app that works with the drone. FPV DRONE WIFI REMOTE CONTROLLER in Google Play store works on my s7 edge

Very easy to setup, And Fly, It's size makes it very user friendly. Even with 25 mph winds, The drone flies, and handles easily. If you don't buy one, You Will Regret It..!!!!!!!

Sorry before I posted a negative review but then I realized why the app would not connect... You have to connect your phones wifi directly to the drone! Duhhh!

Works with a friend's older Iphone, but won't connect to my new Google Pixel. I'm screwed unless you update this app. Please update or find me another app that works. Thanks

For those of you having issues with choppy live video, the problem is your phone or this app, not the Promark VR Drone itself. Connect to the video stream with VLC on a laptop using the address rstp://192.168.0.1/0 and a network caching value of 400ms. The video looks beautiful and the range is MUCH better. As for VR viewing, the best app I could find was VRTV, but I had to tweak the app settings quite a bit to work with this drone. Be sure to set head tracking to "Manual touch input" to keep the view fixed. Also, I figured out how to record video and pictures to the onboard SD card slot. It seems backwards, but the recording must be initiated from the Promark VR app and not from the camera button on the controller. The result is much less choppy video recordings.

The drone is fun, picture is nice on the phone (galaxy s6 edge plus), control is easy, but the battery only allows for a 10 minutes of flight then 5 hour charge that needs to change somehow. Other than that not to bad. (Edit) your website has no customer service, no way to buy blades or a battery. So I belive I will drop to 1 star till it is resolved (edit) After a call I just had with promark I am happy to say all is resolved thank you. 5 stars

Come on guys! You put out a good, value product and a crap app? Please fix, will gladly pay a couple bucks for an app that works. S6 edge+

Watch the instructional vids. People on here complaining are not doing it correctly. Be smarter than the toy! Watch the video and do the correct steps and it works just like it was advertised

When all else fails, read the instructions people. You have to turn the drone on, go to your phones WiFi and connect with the drone. Then the app will work.
