It's also in Spanish, but I wouldn't downrate it for that. But it clearly is saying phrases, not words. Spontaneous Novel Utterance Generation (SNUG) is a principle of good AAC and means that most or all buttons should be single words, to allow the user freedom to build their own sentences to say anything they want to say.
