I just downloaded the app to check the content and today my account has been debited for Rs 3699 without my permission or authorization. I need the money credited back to my account and I have already requested my bank to initiate investigation terming it as a fraud. This has to be immediately resolved.

I have a same problem.How can you do this without my permission you transfer 3200 from card..This is not fair that's mean now play store is not a safe ..I want my money back otherwise will go for legal action ..I want reply ..Fast...Just now

Its a nice idea but it's glitchy and hangs while loading which makes it not suited for a six year old who becomes frustrated if an app is not responsive

It's highly charged...n during free month it should not ask for card details n other paying options.....it should b free

I haven't even used this app. Had downloaded it to check the content but dint really like it. Today is 19.08.2017 .. I got a mail that my subscription has been made for 1 full year and payment has been made through my account, without any notification to me. The money has been deducted from my account. I really dint get how is it possible, when I cancelled the subscription on the day I downloaded the app. Really disgusted with Google play store too, as without notification the payment is done. I have already cancelled the subscription, and expecting the refund within 3 days. The most funny part is Google play says there is no refund policy. Kindly let me know what can be the process to reach the developer for this if u can't handle it. And also how can I remove my card details from this Google play so next time they don't do it without permission.

I have installed this app just to check the content on this app and post checking I have uninstalled it. But today they have deducted money from my credit card for one year subscription without my approval. This is disgusting.!! I want to cancel my subscription today and want my money back. Let me know what is the process to get money back. I am changing my rating from 1 star to 3 star because they have returned my money. But still they should not have deducted it without my approval.

The app is good, but.. I didn't touch the LingoKids app for 2 weeks (so do my wife & daughter), but suddenly last night when we were sleeping it was "automatically" subscribed by my credit card account (listed on Google) and it cost IDR 899.999 WITHOUT ANY CONFIRMATION! I already know it this morning by checking a new short message from BNI as card issuer. And I directly search & cancel the subscription which it has "prepared" to "trap" me next year. Now I already blocked my credit card account and will decline/deny the transaction on the next bill.

Don't know how the app is. But asking for money before even letting us know how the app is ,ain't too much commercial idea? ? It says free for one month but from the beginning asks for adding card.very bad. uninstalling it.

Why did you deduct the amount right away? You should wait for the one month free subscription to end. Really unprofessional. Please return the amount as soon as possible as I don't want to continue with it.

Deducted money even after mentioning that one month is free. It's a fraud product. Don't fall into the trap.

I don't give permission to subscribe for this app...I don't have kids nor I teach...I get a message I have been charged 3669 for a years subscription. ..kindly refund my money. ..this is so unfair. .

By Mistake pressed subscribe and it taken 3200 rupees from credit card ... I cancel subscribe right after.. how I get back my money... help me plz?

Over all it is good but having a few minor problems. I do like this. I highly recommend this for all the young Thai kids as well as all the kids throughout Asia.

Without using it n getting to know it, this app asks for money though it claims free...but it's not free.greedy n senseless app.
