Calculadora de riesgo ETV OBS

Auspiciada por la Sociedad Española de Ginecología y Obstetricia y la Sociedad Española de Trombosis y Hemostasia, esta aplicación permite calcular el riesgo de Enfermedad tromboembólica venosa (ETV) en Obstetricia. El objetivo es evaluar el riesgo de ETV en las gestantes y puérperas en nuestro país, con el beneficio indudable para las pacientes.

Gracias a un grupo de expertos y en colaboración con Laboratorios LEO Pharma, S.A. se ha desarrollado la aplicación móvil, ETV OBS, de descarga gratuita en iOS y Android y dirigida a profesionales médicos.
A través del índice principal de contenidos, podrá acceder a las instrucciones para utilizar la aplicación, descripción de las variables de riesgo, información sobre las diferentes heparinas, histórico de cálculo y por último, las calculadoras disponibles.

La aplicación realiza el cálculo del riesgo de ETV con tres calculadoras independientes, Prenatal, Posnatal y Poscesárea, y en base a dos de las guías internacionales más extendidas en España: las recomendaciones de la Guía nº 37 del protocolo del Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologist (RCOG) británico de 2009, y el propuesto en la prestigiosa revista Chest, en el suplemento de febrero 2012, por el American College of Chest Physicians (ACCP).

Gracias a una representación gráfica del riesgo con un círculo verde, un pentágono amarillo y un triángulo rojo podrá saber en todo momento el valor de cada factor de riesgo. RCOG utiliza tres niveles de riesgo: bajo, intermedio y alto y ACCP solo dos: alto y bajo.

Todas las calculadoras tienen una serie de preguntas muy rápidas de contestar. En la primera página se introducen datos del paciente como edad, peso, altura y paridad. En las seis páginas siguientes el especialista responde activando con un simple clic los factores de riesgo. Al avanzar por las páginas se van acumulando los factores de riesgo en la zona inferior.

Al finalizar el cálculo se muestra un resumen con todos los factores que se han marcado. Se muestra el cómputo de riesgos y el resultado final del cálculo. El resultado es orientativo y siempre ha de prevalecer el criterio de especialista. Podrá acceder a todas las recomendaciones posibles, personalizar el cálculo con un título y un comentario y enviar el resultado por correo electrónico. Todos los cálculos se guardan en la aplicación y pueden consultarse en el apartado Histórico.

The objective is to evaluate the risk of VTE in pregnant and postpartum women in our country, with the undoubted benefit to patients.

Thanks to a group of experts and in collaboration with Laboratorios LEO Pharma, SA has developed the mobile application, ETV OBS, free download on iOS and Android and directed to medical professionals.
Through the main table of contents, you can access the instructions for using the application, a description of the risk variables, information about the different heparins, historical calculation and finally, calculators available.

The application calculates the risk of VTE with three independent, Prenatal, Postnatal and postcesarean calculators, and based on two of the most widespread international guides in Spain: the recommendations of the Guide # 37 protocol Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologist (RCOG) British, 2009, and proposed in the journal Chest, in the supplement February 2012, by the American College of Chest Physicians (ACCP).

Thanks to a graphical representation of risk with a green circle, a yellow and a red triangle pentagon will always know the value of each risk factor. RCOG uses three levels of risk: low, intermediate and high ACCP and only two: high and low.

All calculators have a series of very quick questions to answer. On the first page of the patient data such as age, weight, height and parity are introduced. In six pages following the specialist responds by activating with a simple click of risk factors. When scrolling through the pages accumulate risk factors at the bottom.

At the end of the calculation shows a summary of all the factors that have been marked. The calculation of risks and the outcome of the calculation. The result is not exact and must always prevail criterion specialist. You can access all possible recommendations, personalize the calculation with a title and a comment and send the result by email.
