Reunión Anual SES 2016

Bajo el lema “Luz diurna y sueño nocturno: conexión saludable” celebraremos en Valladolid el próximo año 2016, la XXIV Reunión Anual de la Sociedad Española de Sueño.

La luz desempeña un papel fundamental en todos los ámbitos de la vida y constituye un elemento integrador con otros elementos de la naturaleza. En nuestra ciudad tendréis la ocasión de apreciar la importancia del diseño lumínico, a través de su reflejo en los monumentos históricos, conjugando armoniosamente mediante diversos colores luz y agua. Podréis recorrer la ruta de los “ríos de luz” que permite el paseo por los principales monumentos de la ciudad. Esto ha hecho que Valladolid sea una ciudad pionera en la iluminación sostenible y en la utilización de nuevas tecnologías lumínicas.

El programa científico que hemos preparado pretende revisar con una visión práctica los aspectos mas relevantes y actuales de la medicina del sueño, incluyendo un amplio abanico de temas desde la relación entre el sueño y la luz, aspectos del envejecimiento, presentación de guías clínicas hasta la aplicación de nuevas tecnologías en el estudio de las alteraciones del sueño. Contamos con las aportaciones de excelentes ponentes tanto nacionales como internacionales, con los que mantendremos una debate acerca del futuro de la medicina del sueño.

Under the slogan "Daylight and nighttime sleep: healthy connection" in Valladolid we celebrate next year 2016, the XXIV Annual Meeting of the Spanish Society of Sleep.

Light plays a key role in all areas of life and is an integrating element with other elements of nature. In our city you will have the opportunity to appreciate the importance of lighting design, through its reflection in historical monuments, combining harmoniously through various light and water colors. You will be able to travel the route of the "river of light" that allows the walk along the main monuments of the city. This has meant that Valladolid is a city pioneer in sustainable lighting and the use of new lighting technologies.

The scientific program we have prepared intends to review with a practical view the most relevant and current sleep medicine, aspects including a wide range of topics from the relationship between sleep and light aspects of aging, presentation of clinical guidelines to application of new technologies in the study of sleep disorders. We have excellent contributions from national and international speakers, with which we will maintain a debate about the future of sleep medicine.
